The staff were so nice and the food came out in under 10 minutes, me and the wife loved the Pumpkin Ravioli, Fettuccine Bolognaise and Mushroom Gnocchi. We will definitely come again

Sooo wonderful in everything, I can't say enough to compliment this place. We had my daughter's birthday in the restaurant and everyone celebrated with us, they gave my baby the best birthday

Lovely food, service and atmosphere!

Highly recommend the ravioli with sweet potato filling. Gnocchi pieces were a bit too large and doughy, but the lamb pieces melted in your mouth.

Parking was free after 6pm and the restaurant is very accessible from the parking lot. Bathroom was very clean and well stocked.

Overall great experience, would try the tiramisu next time!

Not many places where we've basically cleaned our own plates. Food was fantastic, serving size being just right for the price. Servers were prompt and friendly, without being overbearing at all. We had the special (Spaghetti with prawns, chili, caramelised onion & napoletana sauce) and the gnocci. Will definitely be recommending this place to friends, and will definitely be coming back again. I'd vote 6 stars if I could.

Tucked away in Magnet Court at Sandy Bay, sits Don Camillo. It is a local institution. The service is friendly, the atmosphere cosy and the food delicious.

We started with the cheese plate, to open up our appetite. I ordered the veal. The meat was juicy and tender, served with mashed potato and sauteed vegetables. The pork chop was also awesome. Overall, great experience.

Amazing restaurant. Dined with my mother and daughters tonight and WOW it was amazing! Incredible service by Dino and the team and wonderful food. The oldest restaurant in Hobart and we can see why it’s been in business for so many years. Do yourself a favour and dine here! If we could give six stars we would (for the artwork in the bathroom)

Had a great meal, fast efficient service and delicious fresh pasta. The sauces that the pasta came with were amazing, we even asked for bread so we could get every last bit. Shared a tiramisu and also was super.

Don Camillo Restaurant is an absolute gem! Dino, the owner, goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Such a nice place for friends/family dinner. Friendly staff and cozy ambience. I love their Penne Puttanesca and Spaghetti marinara. Highly recommended!

Love the warmth and ambience of this restaurant with inviting aromas of Italy. Staff were beautiful and welcoming. Food, wines and desserts are delicious. Owner Dino's charm and warmth ensured you felt at home. Wish we were staying in Hobart longer to try every dish they offered.

The one star is for the charming lady who served us. The food was arguably the worst we've ever had. Absolutely tasteless. I took my pasta home and added some garlic wine and cream and the commercially made pasta was almost edible. My partners veal was dry and tasteless, the potatoes were dry, wrinkled and without flavour. An insult to Italian cooking and to Tasmanian food scene

My wife and I pre booked a table for our first night in Tasmania. We absolutely loved every moment since walking in the front door. Such a homely feel with fantastic food. Highly recommend.

Booked a table here because it's near where we stayed, turns out it's the oldest restaurant in Hobart. We were approached by a lovely lady who said her and her husband had been going there for 55 years, so it's gotta be doing something right to have consistent customers for that long. Of course the food & service was amazing

Food was amazing, service was even better, for dessert get the Pan Dolce you won’t regret it

Possibly the best seafood marinara I’ve tasted in a long time.plenty of fresh seafood and the ambience is cosy and authentic.

Had the INVOLTINO DI POLLO. Great dish with fantastic textures and flavour. If you're looking for something delicious and you need bulk protein this dish is for you!

Delightful family restaurant with delicious food and a really love lovely atmosphere. Perfect place to celebrate an occasion with a great meal.
