Domino's Pizza Ulverstone reviews
27Eh. Lava puff rolls were probably cooked too frozen as the chocolate was just chunky and didn’t flow out like it’s meant to. And churros didn’t have cinnamon sugar on them overall, good service
Super busy Friday afternoon for this store but we ordered 3 pizzas, meatballs and garlic bread and it's the best Domino's pizza order we have ever received! Such a generous amount of toppings. Meatballs and garlic bread were so tasty and hot. Very, very impressed. Thankyou to the fantastic team that is on tonight! You guys are awesome!
Disgusting to hear a worker swear and say for F sakes and was clearly heard by the customers and myself in the store, happened at exactly 8: 32 wednesday feb15th
Was not cooper or gretal but the other bloke couldnt catch a name
Staff were amazing! Let me order my tea new years eve 5mins before closing their doors & made my new years eve amazing. Thank you
I love the staff at Ulverston Domino's are always friendly & get my orders right everytime.
Hire some more drivers instead of forcing cancellations because you donr have one available for the lunch delivery
Seems like they are severely understaffed. Every time I try to get a delivery order for lunch it seems the delivery driver has “called in sick” even when I make the order for hours in advance
Very disappointed.
Was happy with Dominos until last Wednesday night. All 3 pizzas drowned in tomato paste, hardly any meats & 'where was the cheese'? Had to top it up so that it was edible. Very disappointed!
Well, first of all I’m anaphylactic to GARLIC and I haven’t eaten it for more than 20 years (it’s fatal for me), so when I walked into the shop I asked the guy who served me today at 7: 14pm if he could offer me pizza without GARLIC, and he went twice to the chef to make sure my order hasn’t got garlic in it.and I got it and I enjoyed it. It was very yummy with no garlic? , however he still owes me the fresh tomatoes on the top of my pizza I’m joking I think they forgot “not a big deal”. But this guy deserves a gold medal for his nice and friendly service. I will be coming whenever I can.
A special thanks to the guy who served me
Horrible app.ordered a pizza for delivery only to find out that the delivery wasn't going to come till 4pm the store did not contact me I had to contact them just to pick my order up it's just honestly lucky I was able to do well covid.
Dreadful. Threw it away. Almost no topping apart from BBQ sauce that appeared to be spilt all over it. Never again! The one star is for the lovely delivery guy.
Very impressive. The staff are super friendly and polite, the delivery drivers are really nice, pizzas are always delicious, and delivery time was astonishingly quick. Definitely recommend
How some of the drivers don't lose there licence is beyond me having a driver accelerate seeing people crossing the road is disgusting behaviour, and with the Dominos sign on the roof can not be a good for marketing.
Delivery order wrong twice. First time got someone elses delivery, waited double time for our order. Second time they forgot the drink. Taste has gone down hill, all pizza's taste the same, probably from not changing gloves between preps, and generally taste bland with no flavour. Have started getting Pizza's from Herb's in West Ulverstone.far better taste by long way.
The worst pizza experience I have ever had 1 hour for delivery of the wrong pizza, s which were dry and the base tasted like cardboard oh not to mention bloody cold never again pretty standard for this Ulverstone store bloody terrible
Pizzas were good. Took longer to cook than website suggested and toppings were not spread evenly
Pizzas were okay. Very light on the topping. I paid $2 for feta on my pizza and they crumbled the tiniest amount on there. Won't be back.
Burnt cheesy garlic bread and they forgot the hickory swirl on my pizza.again.
Mediocre experience.
They make you pay a surcharge on top of the advertised billboard cheap pizza price on days that they have to legally pay employees higher penalties. They actually keep the same advertising on those days then make you pay a surcharge to cover having to pay someone working for them on time their family or friends would otherwise have to spend with them. Dominos are scum morally.
Will never be ordering from this store again. We ordered our pizzas and waited 1.5 hours to call and ask where our order was. To be told by one of the workers that there was a malfunction and the order is being recooked, and to be told our order is 20 minutes away. We called again 40minutes later to see where the order was, to be told it was delivered 30 minutes ago, but the delivery drivers don’t know where it is. The worker’s solution to this problem was to two options to recook the order and wait another hour (which will make it 9.30pm, we have kids waiting for tea) or to have a store credit to use another time.
I highly suggest you, train your staff properly and sort out all your problems for future customers.
As we won’t be ordering from your store again.
