Domino's Pizza Sorell

The worst pizza makers in the town. They charge you only for the base because their pizzas never have the toppings. More than half of the pizza is always covered with sauce only. It doesn't matter if you are ordering traditional, value or the gourmet pizzas, the story is same for all the options. I have tried all the options and every time I thought this time it will be better but they are not improving at all. So no more Domino's pizza in my house.

Domino's in Sorell is an overall fantastic restaurant, late this year I ordered three pizzas, and they were made within 10 minutes. However, the staff was not the nicest, and said they could not deliver, rather asked me to walk all the way to the establishment. Overall however, the place is ok. I would rather a bigger dining area and or outside tables though, it feels too cramped.

We grabbed our dinner, we were nearly home then got a call (we ordered online because phone orders were mostly stuffed up) that items were missing we had to travel back to sorell (20 minutes) to pick up the items, I explained now by the time I get back home my pizzas would be cold. The store manager said well what do you want me to do about it? I can only re heat them. He has no customer service skills, much less management skills the way I heard him speak to another employee. Do not recommend this store, with plenty of other pizza options in the area you would think they would have better customer service.

Would definitely not reccomend, ordered five pizzas of different varieties, three were just ok, two of them really bad! Bbq chicken pizza burnt. Prawn pizza, doughy and under cooked! Daughter had to ring back, girl on phone on a different planet, received a replacement pizza for the prawn pizza, We wasted $80+. The only item we enjoyed was the garlic bread.

Wanted to try the Cheese & Garlic Scrolls so we phoned thru an order & was served by Maisie. Cheerful & helpful. Thank you. K & A

Such a disappointment! Ordered in store and the allergy requests were not met. Waited for the re-make for an hour, only to discover it had been sitting in the cold for the last 30 minutes. Overheard one worker telling the trainee to tell us ‘it will only be another 5 minutes’ without actually checking on the status of our order. No care taken for serious allergies such as coeliac, apart from the one young girl working who was a superstar!

Went in to get a pepperoni pizza and was absolutely star struck by one of the workers, i think her name as Maisie. She did a brilliant job, really made my dominos experience a lot better.thanks for making my day, lots of love xx

That server Maisie was an absolute legend, so worth it, my garlic pizza never tasted better knowing she was part of the process to give it to me. Thanks a bunch love you really made my year

Worst Customer service! Idiot kids and rude manager that's their staff!

I've never ever been treated so bad, by a Manager no less, and his name is Alex Walker. He was so arrogant, and disrespectful. I will never go back there.

Not the best pizza's but prompt delivery and friendly delivery staff.some in store staff are rude and ignorant.

Both staff today night closing was truly friendly and customer service focused. We placed a very late order and picked up the order after closing time but still they show 100% friendliness and politeness. Pizzas were very delicious. I would highly recommend this Domino's pizza in Sorell. Thank you

They always cater to my allergies but today ordering for the whole family I had 2 pizzas that had different allergies. Not a problem. Then walking out I dropped the chicken with ranch dressing like a fool. But they happily replaced it for me I would of payed for it as it was my fault not there's but they just said it's ok we will make you another lot! Great service. Sadly we are moving interstate hopefully we can find another Dominos pizza over there that give the same service. Well done to all of the staff at Dominos Sorell we will miss grabbing a pizza from you guys.

Just had a pizza that went through the oven and came out a bit empty. Spoke to the man working there, I asked if I could have my pizza remade and the legend not only made me a new pizza (which is quality as) but also let me keep the old damaged goods! Then when my pizza was ready, old mate ran out to the car and hand delivered it! LITERALLY ran.if only all service was as quality as this top bloke's.

Do you deliver or not? We’re 11min drive away but told it was too far.

Both Pizzarazzi and Domino are providing more pizza options for residents in Sorell.
Try not to be suspicious but seriously it is strange to see so many 1 star comment were left in a short period of time, no matter to say those accounts only contribute two comments with one pizza shop got 1 star while another one just across the road got 5 star.
Seriously.stop making tricks and focus on the food pls.)

After driving through the barren Tasmanian wilderness, no place serving food past 8, where crow's birthed ideas into our starved husks where we thought our dinner would be roadside meatlovers yet there stood a place to save us from our fammine!

Won't even deliver to Forcett so if you live any further than sorell forget about it don't even know why they say they deliver when they clearly don't. Bad service and laziness so they can save a buck at the expense of there customers
