Only place on the north coast to get a good croissant. We love our toasted ham/cheese/tomato with coffee - typical French brekkie.
A suggestion for bakery ideas if possible: I’d definitely buy madeleine gem cakes if you had these. Wonderful with 2nd coffee.

Love this bakery but it needs expanding badly, there’s never no spare tables and the place is always packed full of people to the point it makes you feel claustrophobic

Absolutely awesome after a bad experience at McCarthy's bread lounge in ulverstone. Great customer service and they can make me a sandwich with any sort of bread with out having to buy the loaf like I had to at the other place in ulverstone. Will definitely go back again when we come over from burnie.

Mum and I go once a fortnight for a coffee and something to eat, very nice snacks and coffee. Friendly staff always

24 hour sourdough is great, meat pie is cheap and cheerful, pepper steak pie is solid. Can’t recommend the scallop pie—$9 for mostly sauce and pastry, with only a few morsels of scallop. Smith’s in Hobart is the go for those.

Fantastic customer service! Witnessed the staff come out to the street to serve an elderly gentleman with a dog just to make his life easier. This was all done with a smile! Good old fashioned country service with great food.

Delicious cream bun and chocolate eclair with real fresh cream. Great value for money and a huge range of freshly cooked bakery items.

I called it the family atmosphere as it keeps you warm and comfortable, with many options to choose from either savoury or sweet in reasonable prices. The coffee was nice and the staff was friendly.

The pies crust was on point, enough thickness and nothing falling apart needlessly. Scallop wasn't too fishy. The cream bun was new to me but it was just like you wanted it. I'm happy =)

This is a real favorite. It has all my bakery want's, savory toast, pies, pasties, sausage rolls, filled bread rolls and many great slices at exceptionally good prices. They also do a great coffee.
