Quiet, safe place to spend a night or 2. Can be boggy when its raining. No toilets or water etc. Dogs are no longer allowed at this camp. The council ranger type person does regular checks and she is mean. Shouldn't really be in the job to be honest. The signs about dogs are easy to miss, infact I couldn't find them.

This is a loverly Free Camp in Burnie (cooee point) nice grassed area on the ocean with Penguins The only let down is the locals doing burn outs and people dumping there rubbish, there is public toilets about 400m away, The council do a great job checking in on a daily basis

Convenient free camp on Bernie's door step with water and dump point available.

Worst dump point I have ever used. Free camp is very uneven and pot holes every where but it's free so still worth it for the view and fresh water on tap and bins
