Coningham Nature Recreation Area reviews
7Great for short walks. Has many different types of vegetation. Great for bird watching.
Finds along the track between Coningam Beach and Legacy Beach. A White's Skink (Liopholis whitii) and the Flying Duck Orchid (Caleana major).
You won't find anything stunningly breathtaking, but there are myriad tracks that wander around the hills and end up down on the coast track. There are unmarked bike tracks that are suitable for hiking and the beach at Legacy is a nice spot for a picnic.
Lovely to walk along the sand and watch life pass you by whether birds, boats or bicycles.
Pristine beaches and everywhere you look is something else amazing to admire
We saw a real life Echidna, found the sandstone caves and played on the beach.
