Worst experience ever in my life, wrong consultation charge, Dr over charged me, and staff behaviour is very non professional, I called many times they put me on hold because they knew that they did wromg and they have no justification for that.

Bonnie and Lauren have both displayed exceptional customer service this week when trying to get my daughter seen by a doctor as she was quite unwell. Thank you both for the genuine care shown:)

Greatly appreciated!

Elena Smolianinova is the best addition to practice. She doesn't ignore your health concerns (have experience in the past being ignored). All staff is friendly. Elena is not only experience in her field. Simply, she is exceptional.

The wait for the appointment is too long especially it’s very hard when you have little ones. We had to wait for more than an hour and they don’t even apologise for our wait. Or even let us know waiting period is long.
Are we okay with that or not?
Worst patient care service.

Dr Elena is an incredible Dr. My daughter has 3 chronic illnesses and she has always taken the time to listen and help us in any situation. I thank her and the team for everything they do for us.
The nurses also have been a great help in caring for us.

I had my first visit to this centre today and was very impressed with the level of care I received from Dr Elena and Nurse Lissa. I felt valued and in very caring and professional hands.

I came here from Bayside medical because I liked Dr Halliday. Last time I booked in I was bulk billed like always as i’m on a pension, booked a phone appt a month later to get a script and got another Dr as I assume Halliday was on leave. Got a phone call 10mins later from a receptionist telling me they were no longer bulk billing and I’d have to pay out of pocket. I said nobody told me this either on the phone or by correspondence and the receptionist rudely told me they’d had a sign in the waiting room for over a month. How am I supposed to know this if my appointments since COVID started have been by phone? I won’t be paying this and I will take it to the relevant authorities if I am pressured to. I guess I will have to change practices even though I will miss having Dr Halliday as my GP of over a decade.

Got a referral letter from my GP to a allergy specialist in this clinic. Called them and was told they have never received the referral letter. Fine, i was then told to send it through email. Done so in 3 minutes and 2 weeks after still no response from them. Go to there in person and being told "the doctor will decide when to call back.please wait at least for 2 weeks. " Obviously the staff was telling lie and apparently they have not even opened my email or referral letter. They treat patients worser than a football. No news from them at all till now.

Worst appointment booking service and system.

I can understand that the Drs' schedule are full. But I was soooooo disappointed with this reception working style. After waiting for a week to finally can see a doctor, they say cancel and then cancel my appointment in the morning of the day. When I went to book another appointment, I have to wait more than another week! They are too indifferent, they not caring about the patient at all. Not only did this make my infected hand worse, but it also wasted my time.

You will never ever get connected. No one respond. Finally got through and they will put you on hold and never come back.

We had to cancel and did it with one day's notice and have been told we will be charged. We booked months ago and had forgotten the appointment was coming until the receptionist phoned to remind us. I understand that they do not want to loose money through unfilled appointments, but WHY if you have to cancel three days ahead to avoid charge is there not a reminder sent THREE DAYS ahead, rather than ONE? Then you could fill your appointments and those people who cannot come would not be penalised. Could be managed better for everyone I think. It is easy these days, send an sms reminder. It's not complex. Most disappointed.

Medical Center is wonderful but the carpark is dreadful for the unwell clients trying to navigate between the car and the entrance to the clinic.
