7Didn’t stay at any properties although if you drive a car with the company logo advertising “Chill Tasmania” then heads up drive like a normal person doing the speed limit as not a good company look tailgating and speeding on the Peninsula roads respect our wildlife and the local community members
A nice one bedroom unit set on the side of a slope with a fine view over the bay. The building gave the impression of being a 'pre-fabricated' building one step up from what in the UK would be described as a mobile home. Well equipped although the washing machine was of no use to guests staying just one night as there was no tumble dryer. Host very welcoming and informative
Excellent for views. It would be good if the car parking area is well lighted as it was very dark and hard to park at night. Also good to have dryer with the washing machine. Sunset view was fabulous and the accommodation was good.
Our host was nice and drove out to meet us. Beautiful view of the bay and nicely furnished! The living room was our favourite place as it was the warmest. There was a washing machine but no dryer so we had to hang out laundry out to dry. Also, it was very cold in the room, as the heater was in the living room. We had to bundle up.
Very clean and tidy, awesome views, comfortable. Recommend the chicken schnitzel from the nearby RSL. Definitely stay here if you're visiting the area / Port Arthur
Excellently appointed and contemporary accommodation in a delightful and private location with stunning water views towards Mt Wellington. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again.
Coming from NZ to this hidden little gem in Tasmania took me by surprise, or, I was probably ignorant to the beauty Tasmania had to offer. Excellent location, about an hour and a half travel time from Hobart, the surrounding beaches and locations are amazing. Which are topped off by the friendliness of the locals who make you feel right at home. If it weren't for the Australian accent I would've thought I was back in NZ. Definitely a memorable experience and highly recommended
