Cheveux Bridal / Honey Fawn Boutique

Bought a dress from here online and it didn't fit so I returned. Just very disappointing that Honey Fawn doesn't do refunds only store credit. Seeing as I live in Melbourne and the store is in another state it makes things very difficult.

I had a wonderful experience shopping for a wedding dress, and all the staff were so friendly, welcoming and professional. Anita was very knowledgeable, patient and professional and picked a great selection of dresses for me to try on. She gave some great advice on finding the right dress, and made it such a fun and comfortable experience!

Amazing experience! If there wasn’t a few old reviews from when it was Cheveux Bridal under old management all the ratings would be 5 star! Anita made me and all my girls feel so comfortable and happy! She even made my sister via FaceTime in Queensland feel just as included. I was a bit anxious and overwhelmed as I went in and I’m very insecure about my body but Anita’s bubbly and warm vibe instantly made me relaxed, excited and feel so beautiful. From the reference pictures I showed, she also grabbed some other dresses that I wasn’t sure on but every dress I put on could have been the one! She knew exactly what I liked and disliked and being able to try so many different dresses and have no regrets in finding the one was so special. The dress range is also amazing and you wouldn’t require a trip to a mainland anymore! I can’t recommend seeing Anita and the girls at Honey Fawn more highly! Thank you Anita!

Extremely welcoming, friendly and inviting environment. The best bridal experience we have ever had! Felt comfortable and heard, given excellent advice and were incredibly accommodating! Cannot fault the service or experience. Left with a sore face from smiling. 10/10

I absolutely loved my appointment with Tracey! She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and was so lovely to chat to. She listened to what I liked and made great suggestions as well as recommending a dress I would have never chosen myself but I absolutely adored. Can’t fault my experience.

The new owner is absolutely amazing. I wish when i was a bride i got to experience trying on dresses in her store with her assistance. She was extremely helpful and accomodating of my friend who was trying on dresses. She also allowed us to take photos of her in each dress something i wasnt able to when i attended with previous owners. She’s extremely kind. The store looks amazing too.

I can't speak highly enough of the owner, Anita. She was so lovely, friendly and made the whole experience amazing. Being plus size, I was nervous but she made me feel incredible and I was thrilled to find my dress with her. She has clearly worked hard to find designers that make beautiful size inclusive dresses and I couldn't have appreciated it more.

From the moment I walked in to Honey Fawn Boutique, Anita was welcoming, bubbly, happy and made my friend feel so comfortable with her experience as a bride to be! Anita has a lot of knowledge and is very creative.
Not only did she make my friend feel comfortable, I ended up going back to find a dress that made me feel comfortable and being a plus size girl, it can be very daunting, but Anita made me feel comfortable and very confident in what I chose. Being a curvier plus size lady I was extremely nervous before my appointment and didn’t know what to expect. Anita was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable which made my first time trying on dresses the most perfect experience! Thank you Anita for being so welcoming and making my experience what it was. Myself and my bridal party will absolutely recommend anyone to your store x:)

Took my 13-year-old daughter into buy a lovely dress for an upcoming wedding I felt that the service was very very rushed and although the assistant which I later found out it was the owner Michelle showed my daughter a couple of styles she was put off when I said I’d like to discuss it further with my daughter to make sure it’s what she wanted before spending $699. Although I discussed it with my husband and he loved it, it was my daughters decision I was more concerned about. Also when ever I commented on the dress, I was almost told I had no idea and made me feel like I was being a pushy mum. It was really sad because it was not the experience I wanted my daughter to have and On top of all that I was asked if I’d like to purchase a bag for $30. I have never ever had to purchase a bag especially with what the dress cost. I have Just come back from Melbourne where I purchased a dress for $990 and the service was amazing. I won’t be shopping in your store again.

I took my not so girly daughter to this shop and the owner was so helpful and patient. Asked some questions and got an idea of what would suit her and turned out to be the first dress she tried on to be the 'one'. She looked stunning! Thank you xx
