Bought a 6 pack of Byron Bay Brewery beers on NYE, checked my bank statement this morning and was charged $10 more than the $16 ticketed price on the shelf. Perhaps the ticket was wrong or perhaps the beer was in the wrong spot. Either way, 1 star for neglegence. No receipt given so nothing I can do about it. If you're shopping here make sure the ticket and amount charged matches whatever it is you're buying. Because of this experience I won't be back.

Visited Hobart for the first time and popped into the bottle-O tonight to ask for a few local recommendations and the young woman was super helpful providing a good range of options and also what was popular with the locals, loving what I’ve had so far

Cozy little modern pub right next to woolies. What I love is their BYO Food. I need more places like that. Always had chill nights. Best place to go for that Wednesday beer.

This is the only bottle shop I go to now, and that is almost entirely for the exceptional service I receive from the great staff, (most particularly George and Blaire). Though this business also has a great range and reasonable prices, I find it is most often the staff that really make a business stand out, and on this point Cellarbrations Sandy Bay is certainly no exception.

I went in here on Tuesday the 24th of November with my friend to get a few beers, and bought my id with me, my friend who is 19 (legal age) accidentally paid for the alcohol with her card, when she did not have her id with her, and the lady was very rude and unprofessional, although my friend apologised numerous times, and I did pay instead, she was still rude to her. She made my friend cry, which no customer deserves.

The customer service here was horrible and the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me.

Great selection of boutique beers. I especially like the IPAs. Regulars lije Shambles and the Dreamfeed Hazy is my new fave. The wine selection is good too. There's always some specials and some quality wines including a comprehensive Tassie selection. The staff are very friendly and super helpful too.

One of the worst customer services in Tasmania, has never failed in disappointing me with their terrible & unprofessional attitudes. Want good service, go to BWS. Want good range of craft beer, go to Dan Murphy.

Form when you walk in great atmosphere trendy lounge and bar area and chilled staff has cheap drink options and range of seating very interesting wall art plenty of colour seems to had events on through week.

Many Craft beers on offer at this bottle shop which is not surprising given the owners are micro brewers. Staff are able to assist.
