My recent stay at Cedar cottage surpassed all expectations. The highlight was undeniably the spa pool, offering a serene retreat for relaxation. What truly set this cottage apart was the exceptional kitchen.

The kitchen supplies were a dream for someone who loves to cook, with high-quality utensils, appliances, and a thoughtful selection of extras. From preparing morning coffee to whipping up beautiful dinners using fresh herbs from the vegetable garden. The attention to detail in providing top-notch kitchen facilities elevated the overall experience, making the cottage a haven for food enthusiasts.

Combined with the cozy bedrooms and thoughtful touches throughout, this cottage strikes the perfect balance between comfort and luxury. We had an amazing stay here for our anniversary! Cooked dinner over the outdoor fire, loved the hot tub, it was a super relaxing getaway in the cutest house with all the little touches. Hosts went above and beyond. Would absolutely recommend!

Meander Cottage is a beautiful little cottage with amazing views. Sarah has thought of everything you might need for a short stay. The hot tub after a day of walking is wonderful. And the view - stunning.

What can I say! We knew Cedar cottage was going to be amazing upon booking, But, arriving to the cottage and being there in person is really something else. The cottage was so inviting and cozy, the little touches that one wouldn’t think of made all the difference. Homemade raspberry jam, beautiful tea selections, right down to the firepot equipment provided! And let’s not forget that view, it really is something special. Sarah was amazing, communication on point and always only a SMS away.

Cedar Cottage is a lovely place to stay, we really enjoyed our 2 nights. It is very cosy, comfortable beds, great views and hot tub is amazing. Lots of little things which make the difference. Highly recommend, we'll be staying again:)

I spent two nights in this beautiful accommodation, so that I could paint the stunning views all around – and I can't speak highly enough about it. Everything about the place either fueled my inspiration, or recharged my batteries. From the original artworks on the walls and the absorbing array of reading material - down to the comfort of the bed and the toasty novelty of the hot tub under the stars. It was easily THE most relaxing work trip I've ever had as an artist, and I hope to repeat it again!

A beautiful and peaceful place to visit and stay at. When we arrived, we really had the feeling the cabin was going to be a place to just spend time in.
We adored the outdoor hot tub under the stars, and in the rain! And sitting by the fire pit telling stories.

Perfect spot to spend some quiet time together. The cabin is beautiful, hot tub was perfect, and everything catered to having a great experience.

The cottage was everything we needed for a quiet family retreat - complete with cosy decor, well equipped kitchen for cooking tasty local produce, private wooden outdoor hot tub (- for mornings and under the stars!), valley views, wholesome veggie garden and a fire pit. It is also well located for the tasting trail and only a short 45min drive to Launceston. Host Sarah is wonderful and welcoming - she even helped us organise a platter from town to go with our wine. Her recommendations for dinner were also very on point. Would not hesitate to visit again!

We had a fantastic two night stay at Cedar Cottage Meander. The place was exactly like the photos and as described. There were four of us in total, and while it is cosy, there was still plenty of space for us to relax. And the hot tub was a bonus!

Our stay at Cedar Cottage was incredible! We all agreed it was the best rental property we have stayed in. The cottage is decorated beautifully and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hot tub, fire pit and veggie garden were all a treat to use. The setting is so peaceful and the views are breathtaking - you feel relaxed the moment you arrive and it was hard to pack up and leave. Communication with the host was excellent and we arranged to have a local produce platter on arrival which I highly recommend. The attention to detail with all aspects of the property are 5* and I cannot wait to return to Cedar Cottage!

Peaceful bliss in a wonderful cottage, a lovely place to go to get away from it all.
Our favourite thing was the outdoor hot tub, we made good use of it! It was so lovely sitting out under the stars at night soaking in the tub. The nearby town about had a couple places to eat and a Woolworths which was handy as the kitchen is well equipped to cook in and the nights are best spent at the cosy cottage.
Mole Creek Caves is close by and a worthy attraction to visit.
The cottage is very warm and welcoming and every detail is well thought through, the electric blankets were such a treat on the cold winter nights and the slippers provided were very much appreciated. Quality and care has been put into this cottage, it truly is delightful!

Stunning location and absolutely gorgeous cottage with an outdoor spa, a veggie patch, fire pit and the cutest deck! My husband and I stayed here for a couple of nights of our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! Everything down to the small details (homemade raspberry jam!) was just perfect!

Beautiful, welcoming space. Allowed us to ‘go slow’ for a few days and reconnect. Can’t wait to return.

Cedar Cottage is a lovely charming cottage with a glorious hot tub and views of mountains, stars and paddocks. It was a great base for exploring the Central Plateau, Deloraine, Mole Creek, Cradle Mountain, Liffey Forest and more. Highly recommended!

A delightful little cottage where everything was thought of to make our stay amazing. I made full use of the hot tub even in the rain. My only regret is that we didn't get a chance to use the fire pit.

Our stay at Cedar Cottage coincided with some pretty wild Tassie weather and I can't think of a more incredible place to be cosied up experiencing it all.whether inside reading the great collection of books, getting toasty beside the fire pit or watching the fog blanketing the valley from the hot tub! It has all the little luxuries you could think of (and more) and is just a magical place to escape for a weekend.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this charming and cosy cottage. We felt quite pampered with the little extra things such as the flowers and wine bottle and the bathroom was so clean and modern! Sarah was an excellent host with making sure we were comfortable as well as giving us ample privacy. Relaxing in the outdoor hot tub with the gorgeous mountain view was definitely a unique feature of the cottage we enjoyed, especially after a long hike to Cradle Mountain. Such a beautiful place for when you want to stay somewhere a bit more special!
