Small fuel station selling premium Diesel and petrol along with ice, firewoods and swap and go. In store products are a little bit high price but presentation is nice. Friendly staff and one can redeem Woolworths 4c per liter fuel discount voucher here.

What's up with the rude lady at the shop. Having a go at someone every time I go there. Get off your high horse.

The guy worked on 23th Feb 2021 late afternoon shift offered BAD customer service and terrible attitude, but it is the few stations with LPG.where else can we go?

Awful service. Bad attitude. Just said the wrong number, then laugh at me. I don’t think this is funny. Just because I am Asian? Discrimination is not acceptable.

Great service from the friendly and helpful staff - I always have a nice chat with the delightful short haired lady. I am a regular here and have never had a negative experience.

Terrible experience! I went there on Sunday night and didn’t realize it’s closed already. I knocked the window and just wanted to check with the staff inside, while she noticed me and still ignored me rudely. Bad attitude with customer service!

10/02/2020 time 6: 52pm; I don't know what's wrong with the service of Woolworths petrol. I have experienced so bad just because of a short hair lady on that time. I won't take fuel from there ever again.

Never be there again. So rude and uneducated. The Lady in carltex talk at my face to tell me I park too far away and remember to park nearby next time which is very rude. When I explained I m only new here and I saw her treat the customer before me very nice but when she saw my apparence her attitude turn straight away.no need to treat people that mean I know it is rare to your knowledge to see foreigner.

Annoying behavior from a lady who works here. After scanning two expired discounts given by Woolworths receipts, she accused me that those receipts are not probably yours! This is my last time I was here. Hope Caltex knows someday who works for them.

If you are after the worst customer service then you have found it here. With the least care of what you need and the most ignorance of you being there, oh and you know what the woman throws away your property in the rubbish bin too. So make sure you don't accidentally hand over your credit card. Otherwise she will tell you "it's in the rubbish now there is nothing I can do".

I have never had a bad experience with a staff member here - they are always friendly and efficient, however I am CONSTANTLY frustrated by customers at this petrol station.
Some will sit at the entrance waiting for a free pump which blocks the traffic from getting through and stops other customers from entering the station, others reverse in to the pumps and then abuse you when they can't get out because you have lined up in the appropriate place, and finally the air hose is always broken or tied in knots thanks to those that feel the need to destroy or steal anything that's not nailed down.
4 stars for the staff, 0 stars for the lack of common decency shown by customers on a regular basis.

If I could give this place a 0 I would, extremely upset that I pulled up at 9: 40 tonight to ask the lady if they were still open, and to my surprise she fully ignored me didn't even reply to me (window was slighty open) I politely tapped on the window and still no respose, she knew I was there and it was absolutely disgusting service, I will never go there again.
