12Friday night we stopped in to grab a bottle of wine at 8: 55pm not aware they close at 9pm. We had been looking for this particular bottle for a family member flying in that night. Instead of helping us get the one we wanted we were spoke to in the most disgusting way by the senior gentleman working there. Told us to leave as it was 9pm and they were not being paid. Unwilling to help at all. The younger guy had already pulled the tills out and shut the roller doors. We were not the only customers in the store at that time. They helped the others prior and then kicked us out via a back exit. Absolutely disgusting service and spoke to like we were beneath him. He is an absolute pig and we will not be back. Poor representation of the business.
This seems to be the only BWS store that doesn’t have the stock shown on the website/app. Then when they don’t have it there are no options to replace, the staff are also in general pretty rude. Anyway, over the road at Crown Cellars the guys are awesome
Not impressed with stock expiry date with the online order along with other liquor I purchased. I rang a bit late as I didn't pick up the expiry date until opening the 1.5 litre Pinot Noir bag recently. When I purchased, it had only 2 days expiry left which I didn't check. The staff couldn't care less when rung. Not recommending this store nor going back to the store.
Today we received six star customer service from Lucy. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Thank you so so much for going out of your way to wish a very special dad in our lives a Happy Father’s Day. Your kindness and impeccable customer service was so appreciated. We cannot thank you enough!

Staff can be rude without reason. Particularly the older guy around 60. He was unnecessary bullying a lady over a mark on her id. She was very obviously in her 30s. There was just no need for it. These people need to.be called out. This is a great platform for this.
Probably the quickest way to get Grog in town small but that's why it's so quick decent prices etc
