BWS Prospect Vale Drive

Could the lovely ladies that work in this bottle shop PLEASE teach the mature aged man that also works here some urgent customer service skills. He is sooo rude.

Great customer service from chantelle today, great to talk to, store didn't have what I was after so she offered to call closeby store, and I got what I was after, super helpful!

Well stocked, reasonably priced, friendly staff. Issues with getting around to the front of shop if driving and coming from the shopping center, a bit of a tight corner on the driveway drive thru lanes.

The day before Australia day* one of BWS's staff said to ne:
"Hey mate, put your mask on! "

Very rude since I am old enough to be his father.
I understand he was under a lot of pressure* but
still no reason to assume I have no valid reason
to go public without covering my mouth and nose.

BWS Prospect Vale has been my shop of choice*
for its convenient location, I never had problems
with the staff, never had to mask my face.

*Not any more, I will take my business elsewhere.

Nice to go to a bottleshop where the staff are knowledgeable about the products they sell. Where normally you go somewhere and people try to up-sell, I was shown a cheaper product of equal quality.

Shocking customer service. Went to grab some drinks with my mother, the lady at the counter snapped and told me to "keep your distance next time" (ie to not stand so close to my mother). I explained that we were together, and the employee again snapped and said "doesn't matter! ". Sorry BWS but family groups do not need to social distance from eachother, please explain this to your employees:)

The variety within these shelves at fair prices astounds me. I used to stick to the same couple of whiskeys. Then I decided to start buying a special here and there, before finding the best middle ground drinks at great prices!

Sevice can vary from average to excellent from time to time but they stock a great range and it's usually a quick visit.

Friendly, helpful service by the nice lady assistant. Haved a great range of wines etc.at cheap & dearer prices.
