Went into this bottleshop today and my friend was discriminated against for her non-curable medical condition by the elderly lady, and accused us of crimes.never coming again regardless of the low low cruiser prices: (
As far as drive in bottle shops go this one ticks all the boxes. Great selection of all Beers, Wines, Spirits and more. The prices are good the staff are friendly, everything is clean and i can collect points for loyalty. I very rarely go anywhere else anymore unless i have no choice away from home.
Please put the premix RTD back on shelf massive stock reduction other that lovely service sad to see RTD goon
Great deals. Especially when the staff show you the wines (these are my preferred liquor consumption) which I can purchase.
Usually I don’t have a problem with the staff at this bottle shop, however today I had an elderly lady and my Woolies card would not scan (sometimes it does other times it doesn’t in that shop) she put in the numbers and asked me “is it your card”, of course it’s my card. I just asked her not to worry about it and she snuffed at me.
One quite cold and hostile staff member doesn't make me feel welcome to return.otherwise all the other staff have been warm and helpful.
I seriously cannot understand the negative reviews on this branch. I am a regular customer and find the service second to none. Hayley and her staff are ultra helpful, friendly and informative and this is my BWS place to go to. BWS Kings Meadows is another matter altogether, they need to sort out their staff big time!
Never post reviews but after my experience today I felt obliged too. The elderly lady staff member was rude, obnoxious and snide to me after i asked for a hand in the cooler room. I will actively avoid this bottle shop after this interaction, don't fall off your high horse old girl you'll break that arthritic hip of yours
