BWS Channel Court reviews
9 Mark, Celine & the rest of the crew are wonderful, helpful & courteous.
I'm a regular customer now because of their top quality service, product knowledge &, their prices. They had some lovely specials over the festive season too! Well done team!
Great staff that always have a smile and serve you promptly.
Allanah's knowledge on all things wine and spirits is very impressive.

Great customer service. Beer, wine, spirits what ever you want BWS has it. If they don't, you don't need it.
Always a pleasure to walk into this bottleshop, good choice of products and friendly helpful employees.
Great service but when you ask a question they don't seem to know much! Specially about gluten free drinks.
Counter staff member (older middle aged man) is always rude and demeaning. I refuse to go to this bottle shop that would otherwise be more convenient for me because of the disgusting attitude of this one staff member.
I've become a regular at this friendly, well-stocked, and value-for-money store that boasts a wide range of alcohol to suite the budget minded or those who like high-class whiskeys and/or expensive high-end wines. Mark (one of the regular staff) goes out of his way to assist. Highly recommended!
There's some bogans that go in there, and its a bit intimidating because they're loud and keep yelling out "DONT DOG BOYS! " at random moments. They have fluoro tradie gear on. When they yell, it makes everyone uncomfortable for both them & us. Because they seem to be uneducated idiots, and we just want to buy our alcohol and leave.
