Bush Inn Hotel Deloraine

Had the baked fish and chicken parma with sides of carrot and broccoli. All was fab! Totally recommend.

Oh my - what an unexpected delight in Deloraine. Absolutely divine. Our gorgeous owner / waitress Belinda was delightful and spot on with her recommendations.
Garlic bread - must have.
We shared the special tomahawk steak with sides of beans from the garden and hand cut chips …. Seriously good. Oh and don’t forget the pumpkin pasta - squeezed in a little chocolate cannoli, all amazing. Local wines and craft beers to match.
You can ride / walk caravan park if your staying there (it’s fantastic as well)

This place is fantastic! Try the garlic bread it’s brilliant.we tried the house smoked salmon, steak, meatballs and the Napoli pasta …. All cooked to perfection. The service is outstanding with really friendly local folks. I would eat here again and again and again!

So good! We stumbled across the Bush Inn on our travels and ended up coming back and staying in Deloraine a second time specifically to come again! Great food, and great beer

Only giving one star because of the drinks being nice.
The food was terrible and I barely ate it. Arrived being excited for the last dinner of my trip in Tasmania, left feeling hungry (had to go somewhere else to get dinner) and frustrated.
The food that I ordered was "pork belly" and a "gluten free pizza".
What came out, was five tiny pieces of pork fat on a plate with a sauce that honestly just tasted like the fat. No flavour/terrible presentation/made me feel sick after eating it.
Pizza came out 40minutes later, burnt.
What a terrible experience

The bar had very good variety and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Nice cocktails. But the meals were mediocre in taste and small portions, except for the chicken parma. (Decent piece of chicken)
The meals needed more than just dressed leaves on the plate with the protein and the size of the steak was just pitiful. It was nice but I wouldn't go back for a meal, only drinks.

Highly recommend the Bush Inn. We had the lamb and the salmon gnocchi for dinner, both were excellent. The eggplant fries were delicious, wish we’d saved room for dessert! The service was amazing and our food came out very quickly. A+

Without doubt one of the best meals we’ve had since moving to the region. The pork belly was delicious and the eggplant side was sublime. Service was fantastic too. So much to love about this place. All prep done on site, everything fresh and tasty. A great place to showcase local produce. A couple of suggestions…music a little loud for we baby boomers and you need a steak knife with the lamb. Can’t wait to come back. Bravo!

I just had the best meal I've had in years at this place. The bolognese chicken parma was so flavoursome and the chocolate fondant dessert was insane. I'm still dreaming of those flavours.

Absolutely superb! Could not have had a better chicken schnitzel with the amazing fungi topping! The garlic bread was also just as amazing as the main meal! Highly recommended!

Lovely place, well presented dishes and the food quality is great. The only reason I'm taking a star off is service. Don't get me wrong, the staff members are very nice. But we got sat in a table that had a wet surface, both our sideplates had smudges on them and it all felt 'rushed'. The mains arrived halfway through our entree, which sullied the experience a bit. Not a big deal and overall was a very good outing.

Bush Inn Brewhouse is good place to go out. There is served a delicious pizza with cocktails and with a smile of very friendly staff.
PS. They have a nice armchair to take some photoshots.

Delicious food & a great family friendly environment! Had some amazing pasta and pizza and the staff were really friendly. Also can’t forget to mention the great cocktails, definitely a hidden gem!

Service was good. I got the Cape grim steak amazing price at $19.80 I think but it was only just warm but still cooked to how I liked it and yummy!

We were staying in Deloraine for a couple of nights and the Bush Inn was recommended. Top spot indeed, great wine recommendation from the bar, great service from the wait staff, and exceptional gnocchi from the kitchen, dare say the best I have ever had, such that all four of us had it on the second night. This place is well worth a visit.

This is what you always hope and expect from Tassie food. Wonderful atmosphere, exceptional service, amazing cocktails and delicious food.

Awesome place to dine in! The Pizza for takeaway is also very good! They have Gluten free, Vegan and Vegetarian options. And the waiting staff are all really kind
