With glorious views & exceptional accommodation, (not to mention top notch wines), Bundaleera is a peace of heaven on earth!
The accommodation is immaculate, comfortable, well equipped & tastefully furnished. It’s only a 15 minute drive from Launceston with its picturesque gorge but the property enjoys the peace & tranquility of the countryside.
John hosted our wine tasting & Eilin had prepared a delicious deli board. They were so welcoming & accommodating. They ensured that a special occasion was extra special.
Hoping to return again some day. We loved it.

This was our accommodation prior to my daughter Sophie and Lachies wedding. What a patch of paradise, greeted upon arrival by our super warm, friendly host who was happy to provide us with anything we needed. Lovely self contained units with quality furnishings, everything you could possibly need to make our stay just like home. Set in beautiful peaceful surroundings with lovely gardens my only disappointment is we were not able to stay longer to appreciate. We plan to revisit again so we can enjoy a wine tasting and relax in this beautiful peaceful place. Thankyou.

This is our favorite place to stay when in Tasmania. We have stayed 3 times already during our visits. If you want peace and quiet with the best view, this is the place! Eilin & John are the best hosts! Very kind and very pleasant people to be around with. I cant wait to book again for our next visit! I had the pleasure to share this beautiful experience with my parents who came from overseas, they did not want to leave the place!

We used Bundaleera Vineyard as our accommodation for our wedding at Josef Chromy. I cannot stress enough how useful it was as the bride to be staying so close to JC, as I could pop over the day before to drop things off and not far to go after to collect after. More importantly, Eilin and John truely went out of their way to ensure my big day was the best and they were the perfect hosts. The accommodation is very clean, comfortable and well equiped. Not to mention the Bundaleera sparkling is very nice. Thank you Eilin and John for such a memorable stay.

Wow, what a magical spot! We spent two nights in the Rosella Cottage at Bundaleera Vineyard and John & Eilin made us feel so welcomed. We had a wine tasting in the beautiful surrounds of their vineyard with a delicious cheese platter. That view is superb! Afterwards we were treated to an outdoor fire where we enjoyed some of their beautful pinot. The Rosella cottage is well maintained and kept perfectly clean. There's plenty of room to dine in, lounge around and it's just a 15 minute walk to Josef Cromy Wines if you wish to dine out. Thanks again John and Eilin, this was one of the most memorable parts of our trip to Tassie.

Fantastic place to stay! Hosts were very thoughts and helpful and the propery and accommodation is really great. We stayed a few days, had a wine tasting at the cellardoor and went to some beautiful local restaurants. Would recommend to anyone seeking a quiet getaway for a weekend or longer. Suitable for friends, couples and families.

We stayed at Bundaleera for two nights and absolutely loved it. The setting is remote, peaceful and beautiful - perfect if you just want to relax and escape to the countryside. The accommodation is nicely furnished, very well maintained and has everything you would need for a short stay. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch, with a glass of wine, watching the sunset. We also did the wine tasting with Eilin which was good fun! In short, we will definitely be back in future and really enjoyed our stay. The owners, John and Eilin, are good people and made us feel right at home. Thanks both for a lovely stay.

A stunning and peaceful place for a getaway. The most delightful and accommodating hosts, our apartment was beautifully appointed and sparkling clean and the vineyard is simply spectacular. Eilin and John could not have been more welcoming, even driving us to the airport at 6am on our last day in town! Perfectly located to walk home from a family wedding at the nearby Josef Chromy vineyard. We can't wait to visit Bundaleera again, thanks again Eilin & John for a magical stay.

John and Eilin were extremely hospitable, helpful and generous! John was incredibly kind to help us with powering up our campervan and giving us little tips on how to manage the vehicle, we’re grateful!

Location is perfect, the view and peaceful surroundings were lovely, we wished we could extend our stay. The unit was super clean and well-stocked, made us feel so homey and comfortable:)

We really enjoyed our 5 nights in the Magpie cottage at Bundaleera Vineyard. The apartment was spotless and well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay including a washing machine and dryer. The outlook from the apartment over the vineyard and surrounding mountains was magical. It was a great base to use to explore Launceston and surrounds and our hosts Eilin and John were so friendly, generous and helpful. It really is one of the best places we have experienced for a short break.

Eilin and John made our group feel very welcome. The winery is beautifully maintained and our wine tasting was held in a lovely part of the family home. Thank you both for a very pleasant winery visit.

We had a wonderful stay at the Rosella for two nights.

John is an excellent host. We had a fun night of Australian bbq with him as he walked us through the wines produced by his boutique vineyard.

The place is pristine. Full amenities kitchen and very comfortable entertainment room and bedroom.

I would definitely recommend a stay there. And if we get a chance we would definitely be back.

Ps Elvis the cute dog is an adorable and friendly but the sheep out there are much more shy.

Bundaleera means ‘among the trees’ and this boutique, family-run vineyard is indeed located on a hill amongst beautiful tall gum trees. Eilin and John are warm and welcoming, their attention to detail is amazing. We enjoyed our time at their vineyard, delicious wines and cheese board as well as conversation with the wonderful owners! 100% recommend

Stayed two nights at Bundaleera and we were blown away by the beauty and peacefulness of the vineyard, waking up to watch the birds and sheep outside. Accommodations were sparkling clean (enough to impress any neat-freak including myself) and brand new with everything you need including full kitchen, air con, washer/dryer, etc.
John was lovely and very accommodating and we got to do a nice wine tasting.
Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Launceston and hope we can return one day!

We had a lovely stay here during a family holiday. John and Eilin were very welcoming and even woke up early to give our son a tractor ride through the vineyard! Our family enjoyed a picnic in the vineyard as well - what a view! We would definitely recommend a stay at their accommodation and would love to come back again. We didn't do the wine tasting but did enjoy a bottle of the pinot noir and reisling! Many thanks for one of the best highlights of our holiday!
