Brown Sugar Moonah

I ordered uber eats, Im a big fella and enjoy a solid big burger, Brown EXCEEDS. I ordered the double patty double cheese smash burger and MATE. They made me the most perfectly seasoned, perfectly proportioned burger I have had in years. Amazing bacon jam, perfectly caramalized onions, the chips were hot and crispy, an absolute delight. They sent me an extra sauce for my chippies! Great spot, if you are in moonah you owe it to yourself to go sus it out. I will be back enthusiastically. Brownie Boys <3

Excellent burgers, soft, fresh, and super tasty. Good quality ingredients. Fries are properly cooked and nicely salted. Texas Queen is a good place to start

I decided on the vegan burger with lettuce instead of a bun.
So it came out absolutely nothing like the picture on the menu. It was basically a burger sitting on lettuce with a piece of lettuce on top, with the mayo or whatever it was and sweet chilli sauce squirted all over the top piece of lettuce. The burger was almost cold, it was greasy and no flavour. So to top it all off the burger had 2 other fillings. Raw onion and lettuce.yes, chopped up lettuce in the lettuce burger
Just don’t bother. I paid $18.20 for that and a small chips
Absolutely disgusting & a rip off

I visited this place with a friend of mine. The asian lady at the counter confronted him saying you left a bad review and refused to serve us and left the counter. We asked for the owner to come talk to us, after having a chat with owner he was on the same platform and keep saying to remove the review or leave the premises, again today the lady was so rude and humiliate us in front of other customers. Worse experience ever,

Was very exited to be recomended this place. Unfortunately my meat patty tasted like aburnt charcoal than meat. I counted approx 7 thin strands of lettuce and no sauce so it was very dry and soul less. I would not recommend the queens burger that i ordered. The chips were delicious. And service was ok. It got very busy after we arrived and only one staff member visible taking orders charging seating and serving.

Tried beef burger meat was cold and raw, so disappointed with the lady behaviour, don’t want to go back….

Best burgers and loaded Fry's I have every had cheese sauce is fantastic

If you can only eat in one place in hobart, it needs to be brown burgers. As a launcestonian I am jealous that we dont have a brown burgers joint. The best wings I have ever eaten, deliciously crunchy and flavourful, the burgers are divine, the milkshakes are delicious and the chips have been perfectly crunchy. The loaded fries are scrumptious. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. I will most certainly be driving down just to eat here. Cant recommend somewhere more.

First time visiting this restaurant, but won't be the last. The chicken fillets in the burgers were big, thick and juicy. The rest of the burger was fresh and tasty. Had a side order of sweet potato fries and they were excellent. I found the staff to be very welcoming, friendly and polite.

This place was okay. I bought a Burger and chips so I could compare to other nearby establishments. Service was prompt and friendly, but for some reason the experience seemed to lack the pizzazz of some of the newer places I'd been to in Moonah. Was it because only my friend Quentin Stormer and I were there, so it didn't have the party atmosphere I've come to expect, or because I failed to appreciate the traditional cuisine on offer? Have I become shallow in my tastes, always chasing after some fashionable new flavour, and discarding old favourites? Brown Burger's has forced me to re-evaluate myself and my attitude to the good things in life. I guess I'd have to rate it as a decent place to get all philosophical.

Called in for a quick cuppa. Saw chicken wings on the special board. They were magnificent. The staff/management were lovely. Will definitely be going back.

Not bad burgers. Wasn't a fan of the beef patty though - it tasted like it had some breadcrumb filler in it. Fried chicken was great though.

Great burgers for vegans! The homemade Veggie patty is great. My only suggestion is that a mock meat burger patty would be a great addition.

Had a huge moist delicious burger the BIG BOSS.a must. My friend had the slders.way better than the USA version from White Castle. 10/10 from us

Burgers are good but don't order a cocktail. They don't know how to make the 2 listed. The mojito had stale mint leaves wrapped around frozen ice cubes. Not enjoyable. Mojitos deserve fresh mint. Learn to make proper cocktails if you're going to serve them.

Nice Burgers, had the Giant Burger, was tasty - Cheese and Bacon fries lacked flavour, however staff were friendly and helpful.

Had a Parma and cocktail last night and regretted it. I like their burgers and beer but they need to improve Parmas and cocktails.
