Britz Campervan Hire Hobart

Great team at Mighty Campers Hobart. Took our motorhome hire right around Tasmania, and it was a wonderful experience and easy road trip.

Really friendly, thorough and efficient staff which made returning my camper stress-free. Moreover, I left some rubbish in the camper, to which I called up to warn them (as I was wary of a cleaning fine), to which I was pleasantly greeted with great customer service as they responded it was not an issue. Again, awesome staff.

When we collected the camper van, the old lady receiving us was extremely rude. We were scolded for being late, when its was the airline's fault. We were already rushing like crazy, and there were no one meeting us at the airport. We had to rely on maps and walk all the way to the shop. Really put us off for the first day of visit to Tasmania. The return experience conversly was extremely good, having their customer service officer mailing us our lost item that was found in the campervan. Minus 2 stars for the bad attitude on the first day.

Very helpful and a seamless service from pick up to drop off. Customer service while we were on the road was excellent.
The THL app made navigating campsites and self contained vans so easy! Would thoroughly recommend!

Great van for our 4 night stay in the Launceston area. Well equipped and comfortable to drive in, only downside was the double bed mattress which was very thin, but we were able to use the mattresses from the top bunk to pad it put, which worked a treat!

Highball a good basic option for two people. No major issues. Branch closing at 3pm, would be nice to drop off a little later. Staff very friendly.

Checkin and check out was super easy and uncomplicated. We rented a small hi berth for 2 persons. Car was bit older but in very good shape. Everything worked well. This car was excellent for Tasmanian roads.

Recently hired a Mighty campervan for 9 days. Had no problems. Very convenient and easy pick up and drop being so close to the airport. The van was what we expected for a hire van. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great holiday.

Great Van, very easy pickup and return. We had an issue with our battery and the customer service was excellent helping us to get it fixed quickly and easily. Well equipt with everything we needed. Thank you!

Work perfectly fine, highly recommended to rent the caravan here, great service, so close to the airport, walking distance. Will definitely come back and rent it again in the future!

The size was perfect for me, plus all the extra items inside made it easy to hit up local grocery stores and be set for my self-sufficient adventures. The rate was also better than similar competitors and I'm glad I chose THL. Thanks again for the great adventures!

Very easy to deal with. Unfortunately the bed in the 3 birth is absolutely terrible. I would definately want a proper matress for next hire vehicle. Mechanical support was very good also

We had a fantastic trip in our little van, the vans were cozy and return was efficient. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling around Tasmania.

No stars. No Mighty Camper. Booked a Mighty. Confirmed a Mighty until we arrived. Substituted it with an old badly cared for Maui. Poor brakes. Airconditioner water leaks. Took it away on tow truck replaced with a newer model. No stars. Would not recommend.

The customer service at the Hobart pick-up/drop-off was fantastic. Would definitely recommend mighty as a company and the team there!
