5I stopped at Stoneyrise BP on the 4th July 2023 at 9: 00am to collect my quanta's points. I asked for assistance with checking my tyre pressure, but the staff member (male with glasses, looked like management) was rude and unhelpful. I received excellent service at Devonport service station across from Centerlink. BP won't be getting my business again.
Amazing service station, excellent staff who are always friendly and smiling! Also super clean, unlike some other BP service stations! Always happy to stop in here on the way home from Portsea!
Great place to get your quality fuels, snacks or the something to eat, drinks and ice too,
The manager shoved his employee when I visited Monday morning (24/01), couldn’t believe it, it wasn’t an accident I usually love this BP but that is so inappropriate and downright disrespectful! I think he did it to let her know that I was waiting at the counter, even though I had only just gotten there! No one should ever lay a hand on someone in the workplace (or anywhere for that matter) without their permission, I won’t be visiting again.
I do hope she is okay.
Visited the store yesterday morning 0500, was unable to get fuel, or enter the, employee was behind the counter, but unresponsive to me trying to get his attention
