On 09/07/2023 @ 11 am I experienced very bad customer service from one of the BP staff
name: - GEMMA.
When I try to use BP fuel gift card she gave me wrong information moreover she raised her voice towards me and argued with false information to me. She don’t want to listen what I try to explain to her she was keep arguing. Then she called to another bp store and got the right information then she understood and finally I got what I want but she didn’t ask me any apologies for her own rude behaviour to the customer.
She shouldn’t be in a customers service position with her rude behaviour.
Bill attached for management reference staff name hidden as some other staff issued the receipt.
I am Uber partner and since the partnership has been changed from Ampol (Caltex) to BP, we driver didn’t get good service.
When I refill the fuel last 3 times at BP Moonah, they never had coffee to serve (the representative always advise to grab coffee from somewhere else), their car wash machine is broken (they guy at the counter says no one cares to repair it).
I think BP regional manager should look into this, now you guys are partners with Uber too and we have been nicely served at Caltex before joining BP. Very poor quality of service at BP Moonah, Tasmania.
Looking forward to have change to have better business.
It’s such a shame that BP a giant company and have such a poor customer service. I filled my car and went to pay it. I showed him Uber discount card guy denied. He even told me don’t ever come back otherwise I’ll not serve you. I have video recording and when I asked his name he didn’t tell me. It happened on 8th dec 2022 around 9: 12 pm. I hope someone from BP will teach him something about customer service
The lady at counter was very rude, was filing out and was lisping a song. She called through speaker and said “can you please hang up the call. First I thought she is saying to someone else then she mentioned mine pump number. I showed her my phone which was in my back pocket and said sorry i am not on my phone its in my pocket.
After when i went to pay for fuel i said i think there was some misunderstanding i was not on my phone i was just singing a song. She said that even “its not allowed as it will distract you” seriouslyyyy? She had no clue what she was talking about.using phones are not allowed while filing out fuel which everyone knows but singing a song while filling out fuel is not allowed on BP is a new thing, specially for me. She really needs a training on how to do proper custom service.
Just filled 91 at Moonah Tas BP. Goodness a lady on the counter full of rudeness, very rude tone. I was in a happy mood but after a conversation she passed on all her negative energy. Was telling me how to use my card while tapping the machine. When I said this never happened on other stores, she replies it happens in all the stores in rude tone. While I have been using this card tap and go since past 15 years, she should have put a note about special requirement o. How to tap the machine before the customers tries to. Pathetic
Customer service was lovely. Lady who served us was amazing but they had sold out of Krispy Kremes. All the way from triabunna to have none was very upsetting. Thanks.
Nice staff, local and easy to find. A nice clean toilet too, and soap to wash your hands too. Very pleased
Last time the male cashier was very friendly and helpful, so these 2 stars are for him. I appreciated that. But today at approximately 3pm I went there for manual car wash (first attempt, so I don’t even know how to do it). I entered the shop for some coins but was told in a very rude way by the staff that they are out of order and they don’t do cash-out unless I buy something. Her attitude was so arrogant I don’t even know why. I wanted to say she is a racist but she is probably from the same racial group as me…She probably needs some training in customer service…Fortunately I ended up finding a place near where I live and it was cheaper and able to swipe card when you do manual carwash
I went there on 8/12/21 around 10: 45am, Lady with tattoo on neck was on counter, She was too rude to me Didnt even say Hello, Her sad face ruined my positiveness of the day.

The guy working at 2 am Saturday 18 January with a bandage on his hand is plain rude. He doesn’t like people coming because he has to work than. He was in the toilet when I came. The door was locked because obviously it was too late. He came after ages and than once I entered he murmured why do people come at this time. Than he was plain rude no hey no hello no thanks. I was the one trying to say hey how are you mate.
Apart from this guy all the staff working there is great.
Worst customer service I've ever received in Australia. A bloke was working on 26th of August 2019 around 8pm in BP was extremely rude to his customers. Such a pathetic customer service. Definitely not recommended this servo.
