BP

A huge shout out to “Matthew” we went early this morning (1/12/23) at about 1: 30 am after getting a late flight in from melbourne. Matthew was fantastic! Super helpful and friendly and did everything he could to assist us through the night window with some forgotten essentials (tooth brush etc). He also heated up a pie for my partner with no complaint at all. He did this all with a super friendly demeanour and smile. Really appreciate your service tonight/this morning mate.

This BP switched over to one of those after hours booth windows rather than letting customers into the store area, there's no marking on the doors to indicate this so you just stand there like a wally waiting for someone to open the doors.

We left our fuel cap there 5 days ago, finally realised, and they had kept it for us, too easy. Just so appreciated, and we always get excellent service from them. Cheers again guys:)

She is a middle-aged woman with white hair and glasses. Her attitude towards me is very rude and rude. I cheer at bp every day. I don’t want to come here again.

Had always a good experience there in BP. I usually use the BPme app so convenient that I paid my fuel through my phone. But if you use BP Lindisfarne HUBB to pick up your parcel, I DONT RECOMMEND it. I have a notification that my parcel has been delivered Friday 7: 42am and ready for collection. When I went there at around 1: 30 pm the guy at the counter asked me for an ID and he checked then saying my parcel is not there yet and he said I have to comeback 530pm for others also has to come back at that time for they usually receive the deliveries at 530pm. It is so INCONVENIENT. Im not sure if he knows how to check the system in giving out the parcels. I went to check the AUSPOST LINDISFARNE and even told me that it has been delivered to 170 East Derwent Highway. That is the exact address of BP LINDISFARNE. Will see again at 530pm.

Doesn't look like this has ever been closed for a refurbishing. Business as usual. Open 24 hours

I always get my petrol from here as there's plenty of pumps, air, water, rubbish bins, car wash and a good range of snacks and drinks in store. The staff are always friendly. There's also a toilet around the side. Did I mention it's open 24/7? Oh and I believe the BP Ultimate (98 Octane) is the best fuel in Australia, so I always go to BP service stations - that's just my opinion though.

Wenr in to use the carwash. Neither of the two operating bays had any soap in the wash machine. When raised with the attendant there was no offer of a refund just an excuse that they don't normally work there and have no idea about the car wash. Not good enough.

Just about everyone who works here is a legend - service is quick and also $1 coffee is hard to be value for money wise

Good 24/7 range of car needs. Fishing bate and snacks. Custonet Service is not existing during my interactions. Staff went out of the way to be passive aggressive. Open parking area.
