Super quick delivery service and gorgeous fresh flowers! I live in Sydney & needed flowers delivered to a friend in Hobart about to go through cancer treatment and the website was super easy to use and in over an hour the flowers were delivered to my friend. Flowers are stunning but every time I have entered the Hobart store over the years, I don't receive any assistance or even a smile. I am always made feel like I am a nuisance even if I am the only one in the store. I now order online so that I don't have to go anywhere near the store. Customer service needs to be improved.

Whilst the digital marketing is well executed, the product and service is far from. As both the sender and recipient, I have encountered flowers of poor quality (do not last and often browning) strategically hidden among a mountain of paper and ribbon, and rude staff; with who i assume to be the owner, as the worst culprit.

It is also hugely disappointing and offensive to see a business strip bare public, and possibly privately owned, vegetation and describe it as 'foraging' for resale.

A truly disappointing experience on multiple occasions; with money and support for a small business better utilized elsewhere.

Ordered online for a medium bunch of flowers to be delivered. They were perfectly arranged and better than expected.
Also very good value for what you pay.

Flowers are beautiful. But the lady I was served by was ridiculously rude, no customer service skills and didn't smile once.

Beautiful selection of flowers, however very expensive (especially for something simple), and felt like the flowers weren't dressed to make it feel like a professional bunch. Anything under $40 looked like it didn't come from a florist, especially with such little effort made in the presentation.

Kate and her team are just awesome. I'm not generally a flower buying kind of guy but that might change after the amazing service I got here!
