This beautiful mansion is surrounded by amazing gardens. The lovely renovated rooms all have new ensuites. It is a short stroll to the seaside, shops and eateries. Thank you to our hosts for a great stay and sharing your knowledge and passion of the local area. The breakfast here is awesome.

Love this place so much. We always feel welcome to this lovely property by David and Annette. The rooms and gardens are exquisite. Breakfast is delicious. This weekend was our second stay, and we'll visit again.

I spent a week at this outstanding BnB in Ulverstone Tasmania. The accommodation was very tasteful, newly renovated with elegance & giving honour to the period of this stately home. The gardens are delightful and the owners are friendly and make sure all is well for your stay. The breakfast was delicious and generous.
Thank you for your knowledge on the area with activities & your excellent customer service.
I will definitely return to Boscobel

Annette and David are fabulous hosts and their house and garden are a real treat.
A quiet afternoon in the conservatory or a glass of wine by the fire in the evening makes for a most relaxing stay.

My husband and I had a delightful stay in early May at the beautifully restored Boscobel of Tasmania in the stunning North West region of Tasmania. Our hosts Annette and David were warm and friendly, accommodating and gracious. Annette served us a delicious breakfast of bacon and eggs with mushrooms, tomatoes and organic home-grown greens in a dining room reminiscent of an Irish manor. We stayed in bedroom 3 which has lovely views over the river, the town of Ulverstone and the beautiful surrounding hills. The home-made shortbreads and the tea and coffee making facilities upstairs were a lovely surprise. The bed was comfortable and the underfloor heating in the ensuite bathroom was a special treat in a cool climate. We enjoyed drinks by the open fire at night in the gracious lounge room and morning coffee in the lovely conservatory that looks out into the beautiful acre of gardens that surround this historic home. Thank you for your hospitality Annette and David, we will definitely be back for another visit.

Wonderful old home with beautifully appointed guest bedrooms. The house has been thoughtfully renovated and the hosts are very attentive. Happened to stay when a sourdough class was running, so they run events there too.

What a beautiful place to stay! Our room was delightfully fresh and clean and tastefully furnished with a cosy heater that looked just like a real log fire- oh and fresh flowers too! A stroll to town saw us discovering great shopping and antique shops. Breakfast was enormous and delicious. If you need a place to refresh, retreat, revive, then this is it- such a feeling of peace about the place. Thank you David and Annette for your kind hospitality!
