Bolters Grill, Bar and Pizzeria

This was by far the worst customer experience we have received in many years. We were staying at the villas (where the staff were great), and we booked dinner for 16 people including kids. We arrived at 6pm on the Monday evening and from the outset the young manager had an attitude. We were berated for moving a few tables together from the Manager and the waitress extended the poor service from the moment we ordered to when meals were brought out to when we ended up leaving early because of the treatment we received. Customers should expect to be spoken to with respect and not treated like an inconvenience. We are hopeful the owner makes contact to apologise and address the issues we experienced.

On the upside, the pizza was delicious and the 2 staff working behind the ovens did a great job.

The parma was big size, my wife had the cheeseburger and she said it was the best she's had.

We had a family function on Saturday night, more than 25 guests, Jo's '0' Do. The staff went above and beyond to make our party fun. The food and service was great. Well done Bolters. Louise

Very welcoming venue. Even has a kiddies section for the little ones. Service was prompt, and the waiter tonight was so accommodating. Good food even made my little one calmer during the dinner, which was such a needed bonus. Ordered ravioli, bbq wings and chicken schnitzel, all were devoured with such enjoyment. Would definitely return, might try their pizzas next I've been hearing a lot about:) please come and try Bolters, excellent service with a smile!

Tonight we had a family function for 26. Food delicious and staff went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful celebration. They went over and above our expectations to accommodate all our requirements on the night. Thanks to the wonderful staff on duty tonight!

Ordered an eye filet steak, but got a scotch fillet steak and is was sinuey and chewey, would not recommend steak at this place

Every now and then, we feel like a takeaway pizza and believe Bolters is the best in our area. Ring and order ahead as It's always busy.

Jana and the other waitstaff were simply amazing, we had to wait a little for our food, but it was well and truly worth it. Thanks for a fantastic meal and fantastic service!

Pizza not cooked enough. Grumpy bar people and keno server. Pizza needed more cooking first time I've ever had to eat pizza with knife and fork

Best steak I have eaten in a long time. It was beautiful. The waiter and waitress were a delight and added to the great atmosphere.

My husband and I ate here last Saturday, excellent calamari, great chicken snitzel, lovely waitress and waiter, prices affordable too, were going back this Saturday.what a hidden gem!

The service was fantastic, food was delicious and the local beer was awesome. Very friendly staff.

Steak was cooked fast. Well done on the outside, medium on the inside, people at my table got the chicken, it was berry dry and needed some sort of sauce

Dined in the pizzeria area, very noisy and busy. Half our party of 8 received their starters in good time but rest waited ages and had to ask when it was coming out, even then one of the cob loaves came out with mains. The mains were tasty but only half came out with salad. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not sure I'd go back.

Pizza done well. Nice crusts and delicious, fresh toppings. Service was lovely and ordering was super easy!

We dined in as the Grill was closed on a Monday. Pizzas were delicious, drinks reasonable. Nothing fancy about the restaurant as it is part bar, pool hall and liquor store.

Pizzas were authentic wood fired, pretty good & not too expensive at around $20.
Also had a family dinner in the restaurant, one night.
Fairly standard "pub/grille" meals, some with a slight twist. I chose something a tad too different (just a bit dry), but everyone else's meals looked great. Service was reasonably quick & the restaurant was quite busy. It was separate to the "pub" pizza section & this also was quite busy.

The steak I had was excellent and the service was both friendly and good. I don't mind paying a premium when having wine served at the table but the prices in the accompanying bottle shop were exorbitant in my opinion. I dined in the seated restaurant section

The staff were very polite and welcoming. Everything was served with a green leaf sprout plant salad, I don't even know what it was, but it even came out with the garlic bread on the plate. No salad was requested with both main meals but out they came with another green leaf sprout thing. I didn't understand it. Apart from that, covid restrictions were followed, table spacing and masks.
