Bicheno East Coast Holiday Park

Service was great and check in was very easy. We weren’t given a map of the park though. Most likely because our site was near reception and the amenities.

In our opinion, the amenities could do with a renovation. They felt run down, old and as if they hadn’t been cleaned properly. The showers were either way to hot or way to cold. There seemed to be no in between setting.

We used the camp kitchen once to clean our dishes and never returned (we were there for 5 nights). It seemed as though the kitchen hadn’t been cleaned properly which made us feel uncomfortable cleaning there.

The beach and shops are a brief walk away.

We stayed only one night in a tent. Perfect location in the middle of the town, clean place, hot shower and equipped kitchen. Children playground right next to us and nice beach very close to the campsite. A lot to do around. Would reccomand to stay to everyone.

Even though we arrived late, they took care of us and helped us. Rooms are clean and comfortable, good location

Service was great but unfortunately the park is not. The bathrooms and laundry need serious work. The hot water is intermittent resulting in a mostly cold shower. The bathrooms are grotty and don’t appear to have been properly cleaned in quite a while as is the laundry with the top dryer not drying at all despite taking the money.
The sites are close together, windy and exposed which makes it an altogether unpleasant stay.
Unfortunately this is the only option available in Bicheno but you’d be better off avoiding this park completely

Butch is very welcoming. Lower rates than other parks yet central location and facilities are good.

We stayed in a 2-bed cabin. The rooms were well-furnished. The bathroom was clean. The location is excellent, only a minute walk to the shops. The staff were helpful with dinner recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

We will definitely be back! Fabulous hosts who go above and beyond. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. We have travelled all over Australia and this would have to be top of our list. I think it would be great if the local IGA stayed open later than 5.30 though. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Do not book accommodation for this place through Agoda. If there is any issues with the booking it is impossible to get help to fix it. In the end we contacted Bicheno East Coast Holiday Park directly and they were amazing. Issue was sorted within 5 mins. Lesson learnt - always book accommodation directly. Now looking forward to our stay.

A busy site but very clean and tidy. The amenities were generally nice and clean and the camp kitchen good. Reception staff friendly would stay again.

Love our cabin, great views of the rocks, close to town & beach. Easy to access everything.

Great location, only down fall was facility' near play ground out dated, non compliance, OHS, defiantly needs to be revamped separate male to female bathrooms a must.

Beautiful comfortable cabin. Clean with everthing you need. Great location and friendly staff. Would be good if the laundry facilities were cheaper. We loved staying there:)

I really love how new, clean, comfortable and spacious the cabin was, and such a steal at just $110 a night for a 2 bedroom cabin a short stroll from pristine sandy beaches.

The kitchen was new and very clean, making cooking and dining in such a pleasure!

The whole cabin is very new, spacious and sparklingly clean.

I arrived late after reception had closed but check-in was a breeze.

Stayed a Night at the Holiday Park the Room was spotlessly clean, lovely Kitchenette and a comfortable Bed.
Close to most amenities & the Blow Hole & Bays of Fire in Bicheno.
Most Shops & Resturants close by 7pm so if you are thinking of Dinner and arriving into Town after 7pm make sure you get something to eat or eat at any Open restaurants on the way.

Great service, close to shops we got a powered site, had showers and done some laundry.
Recommend for anyone

Spent 2 nights here and was not happy, brought to the managers attention that the cupboards and walls had mould, to there reply "it must of just happened".
I nor did the mould come down in the last shower. As pictures show that this has obviously been a problem for a while.
Was not offered any help and they didn't even come to the cabin and have a look at the mould.
Stayed in cabin 8 for anyone booking in future.

Very clean cabins. They provide all you need for a self catering vacation close to the beach. Even though close to the highway we didn’t feel disturbed by traffic.
