Such a beautiful experience. I called with short notice and they went out of their way to do create exactly what I wanted and deliver it promptly and with quality. Brilliant service and perfect quality.

Exceptional service from Bella Rose. The flowers were magnificant - just what I had asked for and lasted for ages. Prompt and friendly delivery too. I definately recommend this florist.

My interactions began through messenger (very responsive and helpful) and they continued in this vein with providing lots of information on courier services, timing, delivery to either Franklin or to Geeveston (I hadn’t expected either) and for a reasonable price.
I dealt with Rebecca and she was thoughtful, professional, helpful and all interactions were completed with humour and basic kindness.
I Haven’t physically seen the flowers yet but I was super impressed that she sent me a photo which I think shows integrity and transparency (and pride) so I will certainly be using their floral delivery service again.

Side Note: I have shopped in store previously and found a huge and wonderful selection of gifts and healthy pot plants on offer. Along with lovely bunches of flowers…. The staff have always been helpful and knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business. 5 stars! Cheers, Caroline F (Geeveston)

Ordered some flowers over the phone as I’m in Melbourne. Flowers were delivered the next day and were beautiful.

I like to support locally owned businesses. There’s a more personalised touch i believe. Rebecca was fantastic plus i wanted dried flowers, just so our family friend could keep them as long as she wanted too. Other places didn't seem to have enough in stock. She sent me 16 pics so i had a choice. Spoke to me several times always with a kind, professional manner and within no time i had what i wanted. Mind you i had been up most of the night on the internet checking places out. Bella Rose Florist was the last florist i looked at and a little further away then i wanted BUT it was the best choice i made. Delivery service did not cost that much either.
