Don't really understand how you can be a stockist for another company yet you are $70 more expensive, makes no sense whatsoever!

No contact regarding order, price discrepancies to many fibs and no accoaccountability taken by the staff member who handled order,
Placed bath in my Ute and turned and walked away without a word.

Omg, I went to Miter 10 Launceston today, I actually got extra special service he could not have helped me any better. So friendly. I will be shopping there from now on.

Recently visited and upon returning home was searching for a missing item. Renee tracked me down through my mitre 10 card and called to let me know it was left behind. Thankyou so much for your effort and honesty. That's definitely 5 service.

Matthew from the service desk walked me to the heat lamp aisle and found me a replacement IXL bulb lickety-split! Great customer service! Even disposed of my burnt out light bulb without a fuss.

After visiting that other store and leaving disappointed, it was a pleasure to shop here. With help from the manager, Alison in the paint dept, the young guy in kitchens and the lovely lady at the checkout, we came away with what we were looking for and had a good experience.

Always a good local place to shop, excellent parking and helpful staff. Bit low on stock for herbs bit expected during these times or have been very popular.

Typical mitre 10 however staff were far more friendly accommodating and store was layed out in a vivid safe manner

Found a perfect table and chairs set for just 59 dollars. It has weave on chairs that are super comfortable and they stack as well. The table is glass with black powder coated trim and legs.

Always friendly and helpful and with great knowledge and advice if needed. Just as well priced as some of the larger stores and local which is great.

A different type of hardware store. I like the individual personality, which I receive in this store.

Brilliant.service staff/all staff are more than willing to help with any enquiry you may have, great knowledge base and super friendly/happy. Bunnings staff could learn a lesson or twenty four from these lads n ladies.

They present a wide range of products, mostly for the home. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Far better than the competition in my opinion.
