Beach House Cafe reviews
132nd experience here, brunch and lunch this time, on both occasions we left very pleased, food was great and carefully presented, will come back:)
I can’t figure out why this place has poor reviews.
It’s actually a nice place. The food was nice (I had the big brekkie), the green tea was lovely and the lady serving me was polite and friendly.
Great views of the beach too!
Little bit hit and miss. Staff very nice and helpful but food a bit average. Scallops were okay, as was the mushroom risotto but the chicken parmi was really tough and 'uncuttable'. After a complaint, this was exchanged this for a chicken crepe which was better. When paying we were still charged for the parmi.soon fixed. The cafe is very nice and would be great to visit in summer.
Lovely stuff, we ordered the Lamb shank and Seafood linguini, that was so delicious, highly recommend!
Lovely setting next to the beach. Modern and bright. Dogs welcome at the tables outside. The best Vienna coffees in Hobart. Friendly staff.
Great Cafe on the Nutgrove Beach. Walk the dog or have the kids play at the park and then relax. Al fresco dining in the afternoon sun with family and friends.
Fabulous food! The atmosphere was so nice n warm~ I really love the coffee there Highly recommended!
Arguably the best coffee in town, this place also serves great food in a friendly, popular location. Well-priced and well worth a visit.
Nice place. Food was fresh and generous. Loved the lasagne. Gorgeous outlook. Friendly service.
Really enjoyed our brunch here today. Lots of outdoor seating. Food was delish altho maybe a little pricey but everything was fresh and scrumptious
This is a great little Cafe fronting Kingstone Beach in Hobart. It is our favourite place for eggs Florentine and a coffee after an early morning swim.
The staff were very friendly and is located in a brilliant spot which is such a shame considering the decor and food is absolutely terrible. Basic food items such as ceaser salad and beef burger were prepared so poorly and the entire place needs a complete makeover. I don't recommend anyone eating there as the furniture is broken, it has a smell reminiscing and old pub with beer soaked carpet and the food is honestly quite bad.
I got the big breakfast and was able to swap out the hash brown for more bacon which I was pleased about because I really dont like hash browns. The mushrooms were so delicious as was the chorizo but it was quite a strong flavour. My partner enjoyed her meal, we reccomend this place.
