Horrible owners and services. Facilities are old and broken. Kitchen fan isn't working. Ceiling is leaking when raining. Lights are broken. You are not allowed to change room even you ask to pay extra. The owners (husband and wife also doing room service) are usually abruptly hang up the phone before you have a chance to talk.
