Dave is the most amazing worker he went above and beyond for me and my dog Tahlia I was 5 mins late after closing and I asked if he could help me out to purchase items etc he offered to drive me and my dog to the next shop and offered to drive us home wow what amazing service thank you Carmen

Walked past Baxter's today and decided to go in for the first time and grab some extras for the week – it actually smelled like good food, was very tidy and clean and the service was very good - nto what you find of late in the big shops. Surprised that the prices were comparable and a good range of specials and specialty items. Vegies looked fresh and big range of meats and deli items.

Wonderful customer service! Thanks Dave for being so obliging in replacing a packet of biscuits. Brilliant deli and fresh veg range.

Not my usual shopping centre as I find majority products too expensive compared with other outlets.

Good location to pick up staples without needing to go to the big brand stores. Fairly similar products and prices

Good selection of fruit and veg, canned beans, and other staples at reasonable prices.

I'd love to see less plastic wrappings in the vegetables section, and for the loose veg (e.g. Mushroom and spinach leaves) to be displayed better!

Purchased wraps here but when I opened them they were soggy. Called to complain and the manager advised they had this issue before due to being right in front of the deli. Came back 3 days later and they hadn’t moved the wraps at all.

A fine, well appointed and well-stocked local shop. Virtually everything a home needs in the way of groceries and household products. The staff is not just friendly but most helpful and attentive. Highly recommended.

The service I received today from a Sarah and other staff was amazing. I called them they went and checked and I sent to get my missing product. It's such a shame that the bigger chains don't follow the same service.

Disappointed. I came for ask if they can put my add for working on a wall or on a window, they told me yes and take my paper but they never put my add.
I understand completely if they don’t do this thing but don’t tell me okay, take my add for after I don’t see it anywhere in a shop. It was something serious, I was waiting some calls for working. I was just expecting honestly that’s it.

Great range of groceries, fresh fruit and vegetables, plus delicious freshly baked Howden Bakery sour dough bread!

Beautiful store, nice and clean, beautifully customer service. Overall an amazing store would go there again.
