Battery Point Manor

Great experience here. Leanna was friendly and helpful, and offered to let us check in early when we arrived at Hobart earlier than expected. The building and room was old/vintage (as expected as it was built in 1834) but clean and neat. Basic amenities included cups, mugs, coffee, tea, milk etc. A nice touch was both the fridge water jug & kettle were filled with water when we arrived

Lovely quiet position, but close to the centre of town.
We had a great view of the river from our room.

Very clean, spacious big room for the whole family. Well located, close to cafes and restaurants. Wonderful view from the terrace.

Beautiful old manor located in the equally beautiful Battery Point, in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy, and it had a gorgeous view on the back balcony. Only drawback would be the shower as it took several minutes to warm up, and would go suddenly cold at points. Otherwise our stay was perfect.

Location great. Manor big call. Large and rooms adequate. Lots of maintenance required. Best described as old and tired.

Great accommodation. So pleased we chose this lovely old Manor for our Hobart stay. Very clean and comfortable furniture. Larger than we expected, room 9. Own private entrance with a sunny wee closed in area for breakfast. Lovely staff, very kind and helpful and such an easy walk into central Hobart. Our fav for coffee was five minutes walk, Ozus. Definitely we would stay again and we are Abnb hosts so have some idea on accommodation.

Loved room 5 with views over the Derwent. Not much not to like. Very convenient to Battery point eateries and pubs. Highly recommended.

Very nice location. Close to shops and cafe, view of water from front door. Very clean and tidy. Staff assisted with very late check in and booking. Good value for money. Extremely clean. Comfortable bed, clean linen. Two heaters. Spacious. Nice size fridge, larger than a bar fridge. Quite and safe location.

The location of this accommodation is fantastic being within easy walking distance to the city. The room was spacious and well kept and the customer service was very good. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting Hobart.

What a charming lodge, spacious airy room with a view, clean and central location.
We arrived early from airport to leave luggage and were offered an early check in! Really enjoyed the stay.
