Banjo's Bakery Cafe reviews
19Great bakery cafe. Hot and cold food inc.pies muffins and pasteies, great coffee, cold drinks available.
I had been out of the country for almost three years, in France of all places, the home of bread. A chicken curry pie, hawaiian bakery pizza, traditional salad sandwich, and savoury roll-each exemplary-reminded me of the hallmarks Australian bakeries offer as high quality yet everyday fare at home. Catch you again next time.
A year ago I found an egg shell in my egg and bacon pie.
Today, my egg and bacon pie costed $7.10 and I didn’t receive the full piece of bacon on the top, just two sad leftover bits that crossed over, I didn’t know there was a bacon shortage.
My latte was just as bad as the service I received.
Great brekkie, hot chocolate very good. Outstanding value for the quality our toasties and drinks had. Atmosphere great. Nice spacious area. Staff make you feel warm and welcome.
Good coffee, savoury pies and sweet cakes.
Blueberry/Rasberry housecake size been going smaller and smaller, perhaps it's time to bring old housecake size back to the stores
5 star for coffee, but service was staff not good really, I didn’t mean to offend or being discriminated but that wife lady was not helping at all and little bit aggressive to take order, which make me feel uncomfortable,
Absolutely Lovely Cauliflower Cheese pie and LARGE Dirty Chai. Winter warmer!
As always Banjos was clean and comfy and warm. The service was quick and friendly and we were well spaced, hand sanitiser available and we felt clean and safe.
Breakfast at Banjo's Bakery was a pleasant experience. Roomy and spacious with plenty of seating and booths. It's a bakery so breakfast choices are pastry or bread based. My croissant with ham, cheese and tomato was fine. And the coffee was good, and hot. Staff were ready to serve.
Nice Banjos but, pity they aren't like other locations (eg Rosny) that give out complimentary shortbread with your coffee: (
Canned dog food wrapped in a delicious pastry. Clientele were quite disciplinarian which detracted from the dining experience. On the plus side there was a surprise tomato sauce sachet in my pie bag, which I will cherish for later. All in all a relatively unpleasant experience and it may be some time before banjos receives my custom again
I want to see Banjo’s.because I love him
Best meat pie in Aus! (except scallop pie)
Coffee and tea is so so.
There are many table for dinning.:)

I won’t be coming back to this Banjo’s bakery after the curt, rude comments by the female barista after I ordered a large flat white at the front counter and was served a regular. This young woman on the coffee machine needs some serious training in dealing with the public, because she was blunt and rude in her comments, with a scowling expression. You just lost yourself a customer.
Good selection of pies, sandwiches n cakes. Take your time enjoying your meal n coffee while reading the newspaper here as there is ample seating.

Fantabulous.
I am a regular customer but I will reconsider to go again after being served by a new face. I think she is new staff with no smile on her face at all. I didn’t hear clearly in the first place then I said sorry to my missing. She served me in a very bad mood. Even I said thanks very much before I left she pretended to see other side without any greeting. It really let me down. Staff who are not polite should not deserve any job like sevrving people. She can make a bread at the back if she can.
Holidaying in Hobart and i travel to Banjo's for a excellent breakfast, Great Staff & service.
Love being served by the staff especially monday mornings and have my hot chocolate being given to me at the table i sit at in moonah
By the gods, clean your disgusting toilets. And add some bag hooks. The female disabled toilet has pee all over it and no toilet paper. So I used the male disabled toilet and that had pee EVERYWHERE. Even the damn walls. And I can tell it doesn't get cleaned because the urine around the skirting boards and around the base of the toilet has made the wood go mouldy. If I get a disease from using the damp male toilet paper on the roller close to the floor, I will be suing you people. Just disgraceful.
What is wrong with Banjo's and what is wrong with people in general.
Are your Cafe workers using these toilets too, and then touching our food?
