I've been going to Banjo's Bakeries for over 30 years whenever i visit Tas for family and there's something about their buttery pastry that never disappoints!
Coffee is really good too.

Got nice variety of breakfast options with freshly baked bread, went to grab some pies. It was fresh and yummy

Need more veggie options.
Actually a great place, but wanted to get your attention.
No sandwiches, pizzas or pies without meat. Other Banjo's have a yummy Cauliflower Cheese Pie. A little bit of attention to veggies would be greatly appreciated.

Delicious baked goods, would be great if they did reusable cups/cutlery for dine in guests. Great vegetarian options!

Dropped in for a coffee and a pie. Stated I was eating in and received the pie in a paper bag and the coffee in a take away cup. Noticed the elderly couple at the next table were also eating their pies with a knife and fork off paper bags. What happened to the crockey? Has Banjo's given up on washing up? Pie was hot and tasty so plus points for that.

Purchase 2 party pies and a sausage roll on my way through Margate and when I went to eat them I knew there was a problem they tasted undercooked under seasoned and not what a banjos party pie tastes like. I rang up to let them know there was an issue so they were aware and was told I was the second person to ring and that they hadn’t been seasoned that day and had had to be binned. Was going through Margate over and hour later and stopped in to buy some more as I wanted to enjoy some party pies and asked if these were new pies as I was one or the people who rang up and didn’t want to repeat the experiance. The person serving me didn’t know there was an issue but assured me they were fine. Got to my location went to eat them and encounter the same issue. I rang up this time to complain. I talked to a staff member who took my phone number and name and said they would speak to a manager but at the time of this review I have not heard back.

The rolls also looked a lot less full at this location compared to the Huonville location I purchased from yesterday.

Easy parking, right in front or at the side. Busy shop but plenty of friendly and efficient staff. Excellent pies and pastries and a very good selection of breads. Coffee is good, too!

I have never had a bad experience or a problem with any product or service at any Banjo's in Tassie. They make great coffee too

I bought take-away coffee today.
The lady who made my coffee told me I shouldn’t have bought it as it is “not essential”.
She muttered under her breath as she made the coffee and was rude.

Thought it felt like a 45 minute wait to get something toasted and now I know why.
Apparently it takes longer to burn something.

Over priced and awful coffee.

Ordered a flat white and chai, got 1/3 froth then watery coffee, also got two baby chinos for the kids - cold milk in a cup is what we got. We are locals, and wont come back. Very dissapointed.
