Banjo's Bakery Cafe reviews
12Ordered 2 items, a sweet and a hot savory. Both tasted like they had been in there for days. It was before midday but the egg and bacon pie was so dried out that the egg was crunchy. I didn't think that was possible.
Fresh muffins and very lovely coffee. Very clean and the staff super friendly and helpful except one lady with short hairs. She works early morning never look’s happy. I went there twice while she was working there but her behaviour was rude towards me may be she don’t like brown people.
My husband went in to get some savouries, waited for several minutes; there was no other customer waiting but the three girls behind the counter were just busy chatting to each other and completely ignored him. This was not the first time it happened. Banjos Legana has the poorest and lowest customer service.
I bought my Grandson 4 sausage rolls at 5.05 pm yesterday. When we got home l found them to be so dry and hard. Obviously they had been in the oven for a long time. $9 was the cost for these over heated sausage rolls and they had to be tossed in the bin!
I have recently moved to the area and decided to start trying out the local businesses yesterday. I bought a cauliflower cheese pie for lunch and OMG I think it was the best one I’ve ever had! I will definitely be back
I just ordered 24 party pies as my kids have friends sleeping over and the young lady that served me laughed and told the young man next to her what I wanted and he visibly acted shocked and repeated 24 party pies? While she laughed. All of this right in front of me. I asked if there was an issue they said no and the young girl kept laughing. Did not try to hide how rude they were. Completely unprofessional. I usually buy my kids stuff on the way past. Won't be back.
Sick of rude staff members and underhand business behaviour.
I buy an item and when I look in the bag the item in no way resembles the item on display at the front of the display.
New introduced items are good for first few weeks then quality drops like a stone, as for example the vegetarian savoury roll that was great at the start and is now just breadcrumbs and heavy spices.done with this mob and there lousy products and services.
Very average compared to the Launceston establishment (which is perf). Foods Borderline terrible.
They gave my prepaid order away and then blamed me for it and got really rude with me when I said I wanted my order. I admit I was alittle late collecting it. Took them 20 mins to replace my order and we're very rude about it. The manager was terrible! So rude!
For a quick coffee, a pastry and a little sweet something. Convenient and close by. Great stop before or after shopping.
Coffee is always good, pies pastries slices sandwiches mostly the same in all Banjos stores. Overall very good if just a little pricey. Coffee prices ok about par with most places in the area
The nicest Banjo's snickers slice in Tasmania. Here, the caramel layer contains small chunks of peanuts, whereas the other Banjo's stores absolutely pulverise the peanuts making the caramel layer quite grainy. Well done Banjo's Legana bakers, perfect!
