Banjo's Bakery Cafe reviews
18Hats off to the lovely young girl who served me you don't get that sort of customer service much anymore well done to you nice clean store too and of course the food
Edit: loss of a star for not sealing Doordash order which resulted in my having to drive to the shop anyway for an exchange. Which, to their credit, Banjos handled well. Need to pick up their OHS game in this regards
The best Banjos location. Staff are professional and hygienic and you will only see them handle food professionally and cleanly. The range is good. They are also very good at delivering kind, courteous service. This includes the young staff that show a high degree of customer service ability.
Great place to sit and enjoy your coffee, lots of parking outside. The coffee is really good and there are heaps of fresh other options as well, customer service is also very good. There are always places available to sit and relax.
The barista is really good
Order was not right really slack actually
when they did put the egg in the egg in
the toastie it was stone cold.
Food was great, however my family got served by Sophia and she was quite rude to us unfortunately.
It is very usual to go every Thursday with a friend. I love to have a coffee and conversation with her. The stuff are super and specially the tattoo boy who is always smiling to. Thank you Banjos!
Brought a chicken avocado melt and got this… for some reason squeezed avicado and unappetizing dried spinnach
Always amazed at how unfriendly and unwelcoming staff are even during quiet times, defiantly need customer service training, the food is good no complaints there.
Delicious pastries. Pleasantly surprised. I tried the cauliflower & cheese and was on point
Stand in front of the country for mine and staff just ignored me and serving other client. When i try to talk to her she just ignored me again.
Was in here one afternoon a couple weeks back, no one was there to serve me at all.
There was one blonde haired baker who was just leaving from the looks of it, who actually greeted me, took his jacket off and served me whilst apologising for nobody already serving me.
Not aware that someone who was leaving and doesn’t actually work as a sales assistant should be serving but glad he did he was extremely polite and was able to give me suggestions for what bread I should buy. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but I’ll definitely be back for the yummy bread especially if he and other bakers are that good at sales:)
Above average for a restaurant chain. Yummy meat pies, satisfying coffee and an impressive selection of sandwiches. Reliably consistent. Great for simple catered lunches, too. Good on ya, Banjo’s! I hope you keep expanding on the Australian mainland.
One of my favourite places to have lunch. The scallop pies are lovely and the jam packed
Sangers.
The bakery for a simple afternoon tea is good enough, also can find some nice roll for quick meal when you really don't want cook.
Food is always consistent, albeit on the slightly oily side. Staff are friendly and efficient. Eating space is slightly cramped.
Banjos has great strawberry classic milks, also has great little pies and sausage rolls plus danish's.
Ordered two coffee's both were made wrong and the "barista" argued with me when I asked for them to be re made. Not a pleasant experience.
Good place to grab a premade brekkie treat in the mornings. And a sneaky sausage roll which are definitely the best around!
