Banjo's Bakery Cafe reviews
9Management need to take a good look at who they hire for staff - several occasions have put up with unprofessional behaviour from lady covered in tattoos which includes dirty looks refusal to provide service abs speaks badly to customers and one occasion got call a b…. No idea what her issue is but if her job is making her that miserable maybe it’s time to look for another one. Her attitude stinks and overall makes the whole store look trash.
Fantastic, prompt, friendly service from a young man. Enjoyed my fresh pastrami roll and a caramel slice which were presented beautifully.
We used to love the sausage rolls they where tasty. But today they were awful full of meal wheres the meat gone cheapskates. Big to you.
Really great coffee place and one of our regular coffee hubs! Large selection of food everything you can expect from a banjo's brand.
Customer service is top quality they even bring your coffee too you most banjo's don't do that that's really nice
Great food and great service, rarely disappoints. (01/08/21) I was just served by the friendliest young lady, who clearly enjoys her job and is very professional. Keep up the great food and service!
Friendly staff, love their range of products. The pies and housecakes are the best. Nice location and coffee is really good.
Good food but customer service brings down the rating, I was in there today and a young blond girl was extremely rude when I was ordering. Whilst sitting down to eat my lunch I also witnessed her being rude to other customers. I’ll be sure to come in when she’s not working
Fantastic customer service both times we visited from Hobart, a variety of baked goods, salad rolls, drinks, pies, bread, desserts and printable ingredients list for those with allergies (very clever banjos) one criticism is a lack of seating but difficult in the location perhaps, thank you again for great service:)
