Banjo's Bakery Cafe reviews
17Great customer service everytime i come in or order through Uber. You're star quality customer service doesn't go unnoticed! Well done Banjo's Sandy Bay
Banjo Sandy bay is fantastic
Melissa is so friendly and chats to you and knows people by name which makes it feel great!
Food is great - the best sausage rolls in Hobart by far
Coffee is hot and perfect yo request
Highly recommend Sandybay banjo
Used to my complimentary shortbread with my regular morning coffee from the city store. Every other store opens a packet and offers me one. Won’t visit this store again.
Always enjoy picking up a complimentary shortbread cookie with my regular morning coffee. Decided to pop in Sandy Bay rather then my regular city store. Never again, no cookies and apparently the till doesn’t scan Banjos cards today (no points) either.
Everything coffee is good, I downloaded the app, the birthday coloum in the app has a bug, IT team should fix this.
Food and coffee is great as always
Customer services ladies are so rude and full of arrogance.
Good coffee, carrot cake was fair. A bright, warm 'bakery atmosphere' with lots of delicious cakes and savouries on display. Plenty of comfortable indoor seating. Newspapers available to read.
Minimal customer service, (but not unfriendly). You have to pick up coffee when called out, carrot cake was in a bag, coffee in cardboard cups with self-serve cutlery and napkins.
Today was my first time visit in banjo’s Sandy bay. Superb Coffee, the barista made exactly the right coffee that i asked for. I will come back again. Thank you for quick service too.
Poorly run, will get your order wrong all the time and have such a flippant attitude about wasting your time. Shop elsewhere
Beautiful clean Cafe. Staff really friendly. Very fresh egg salad sandwich even though prepared earlier, pretty good coffee.
We have just stumbled on to our favorite pie shop in the world. Again.
Good food, friendly service and lovely atmosphere.
Coffee is weak and flavourless and in my option overpriced. The staff were friendly however and service was fast.
Very nice banjos with scrumptious looking pastries and pies. Coffee is OK but lunch options are really tasty, can't go wrong with the spinach and ricotta roll.
Today I bought coffee one staff was very rude, she gave me wrong money. I gave her $5 to buy regular size coffee, at first time she gave me $5.5 change and I told her it was wrong. After a second, she said it was wrong and she wanted all of money to give her. I have gave her $5 back and why she still want that 50 cents change? It was extremely weird. Her attitude was very bad. I won’t come back this coffee shop at any place.
Delicious food and brilliant coffee. Very hard to choose what to eat from the extensive items on offer
Visited for the third consecutive day and while the previous visits were nice. Didn't have any spinach and ricotta rolls ready and litter was on the tables once again. Disappointed, I wasn't able to grab lunch today.
Don't expect much from food and staff. Pretty average store. Busy times you got a lot of litter spread over tables.
