I stayed here a while ago and hope ownership has changed. The owner was rude about work and availability for people doing their WHV. She used to yell at us for taking showers longer than 3 minutes and the water was usually freezing anyway. The internet and cell reception was disastrous. We were so happy to move on from this hostel.
