I had a very enjoyable time in my van from Apollo. The Apollo team provided a good van and a well managed check-in and check-out procedure.
The Euro Mini van was a good little van for one person travelling, but want all the mod cons. It would have been better if the front seats swivelled.

I recently went on my first road trip on a motorhome in Tasmania and rented an Apollo Euro Camper from Apollo from thl shop (also Apollo) near the airport (3mins walk from the airport). I have no regrets choosing this motorhome because it was luxurious and had everything we needed for our trip. The staff, especially Hansen, was very friendly and patiently explained all the details on how to operate the motorhome, making sure we were ready to hit the road. Even the return process was quick and easy, thanks to Jeremy. As a first-timer driving a motorhome, I was a bit nervous about emptying the greywater and toilet cassette, but the motorhome was equipped with everything I needed to make it easy. The size of the vehicle may be intimidating to some, but driving it was a breeze, as long as you take it slow and watch out for both sides when turning. Apollo also provided an extra heater to keep us warm at night, which was a lifesaver during the winter trip. I highly recommend getting a powered campsite to keep all the equipment operating properly throughout the stay. Overall, my experience with Apollo was excellent, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a motorhome for their next adventure.

Great van and great experience. We had the value pack which I would recommend. The service was fantastic from start to finish. We would like to thank Jeremy for his great advice and travel tips. He gave us a comprehensive tour of the van (which did have a couple of little European quirks) and made us feel confident that we would be able to handle the drive. The van we had was easy to drive, had plenty of power and was very comfortable. We didn't have access to power during our trip but the solar kept up with us and we didn't feel we had to compromise. Even though the van was on the larger size we never had to worry about parking or getting around as it was easy to manoeuvre. We had one issue where the curtain got caught in the sliding door but a quick phone call to the Apollo team helped us and got us underway again. Returning the van was quick and painless and once again Jeremy made it easy. Highly recommend. I would also add how fantastic Tasmania is to get around in a motor home. If you get the chance make sure you visit Freycinet National Park. Unforgettable.

We hired our first campervan from Apollo in Hobart. Martyn thoroughly explained how to use and work everything in the van. Our mobile came with a shower and toilet, which was very handy, and we were also given extra quilts and pillows too. The bed was so amazingly comfortable. Van was very easy to drive and park thanks to the reversing camera.
I highly recommend having a holiday in one of these campervans.was so much fun. Can't wait for our next adventure!

The Hobart team were super knowledgeable and happy to assist us with our stay in Tasmania. They provided us with great information on places to visit and things to see which aided and boosted our experience here in Tassie. For my two week driving holiday in Tasmania, my partner and I used Apollo Motorhome Holiday. The Apollo van provided was a two berth Mercedes Sprinter and it was amazing. It had a shower/toilet, air conditioning, gas stove cook top, tv. It was so comfortable to travel around in. My partner and I actually want to buy one of these now, we just loved it so much.
The customer service we received initially when picking the van up was great. The staff member was very thorough with all the information he provided to us.
When returning the van after two weeks, the customer service provided by the staff member who assisted us was fantastic.
This has been a wonderful company to deal with and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to do a driving holiday.

Just finished our holiday in Tasmania. We had a great time exploring with the Mercedes Sprinter (2 Berth) from Apollo - Hobart. On the roads, the vehicle was a breeze to drive with the responsive cruise control, and never felt under-powered. When parked, it is simply convenient to enter the kitchen, lounge and toilet areas without leaving the vehicle. It was equipped with other items - microwave, AC, hair dryer, toaster, making us feel like it was luxury glamping whenever we were plugged to mains power at campsites. So now, we may find it hard to go back to tenting =)
When picking up the vehicle from their office, Martyn was understanding that it was our first time, and yet he was so patient to go over some basics and gave us great advice and made us feel comfortable to ask any questions. We were able to get used to the controls and switches by one or two days. Their support helpline was also useful, staff was helping us troubleshoot the AC on our 2nd day - turned out that we did not turn on one of the plugs in the cabinet. The video tutorials in the app came in handy too. Upon returning the vehicle at the end, we gave feedback to the staff that the shower drainage was very slow. He thanked us for the feedback and will look into it. He also told us about the drainage system being different to what we have at home. Another minor issue we had was the camping table given to us was not fully functional as it was missing a bolt and could not be raised higher, so we could only set it up at knee level. But those are minor issues, overall definitely give the motorhome experience a try, and choose a great place to do so - such as Tasmania!

Awesome service! The vehicle was clean and the gents at Apollo gave us a thorough run through of all operations of the vehicle before heading off on our journey.

Pick up was easy and Jeremy was very friendly. He took the time to walk us through the motorhome and gave us tips. He went the extra mile to help us make a call to a nearby campsite as we made it to late to drive to our 1st site at Mount Field. Upon our return, he also suggested that we use the MH to druve and drop off our luggages at the airport leaving one person to return the MH. This saved us money on calling for a maxi cab. Overall, the MH experience was really good as well as the overall service. Highly recommended. The MH was a good size and all amenities in there were of good condition and useful.

Our trip to Tasmania was made easier with the help of the Apollo team in Hobart. Gave us a though rundown of the vehicle and took the time to recomend some great places to visit. The Euro Tourer was great, clean and had all the creature comforts! Would happily choose Apollo again in future!
