Great range of pet products at reasonable prices friendly helpful staff and I'm happy they sell pets again I bought a really cute budgie on my last visit.
Like all Animal Tuckerbox stores this one is well stocked with much easier parking than the Sorell store.
I was pleasantly surprised that the lovely lady who served me made a couple of phone calls to locate the chicken mash that they didn't have in store.
I applied for a job at Animal Tuckerbox a few months ago, I love animals, have excellent customer service and management skills.it's unfortunate that I was knocked back especially considering the lack of customer service skills I just experienced from a girl behind the counter in your store just now. Not only did she have an attitude that she would rather be somewhere else, us being at the counter actually seemed to have put her out, literally dropping what she was doing. In a dull voice she asked "how are you today? " To which I replied " I'm good thanks how are you? ". She heard me but just ignored me. So rude. Wouldn't happen on my watch.
The lady behind the counter helped my partner with the engraving machine but clearly had no idea what she was doing. She operated the machine and got a faulty end product twice, made us pay for one which I didn't take with me because it's not what I came in for.
Great place - very helpful staff, they where out of my regular dog food and they helped find an alternative which is actually better!
Always friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff at both Mornington and Derwent Park stores.
Disgusting customer service. Firstly over priced on their live animals. And when simple ask why so high of a price stated the at POS. It's just the price was there answer.
Three days later one of three hermit crabs died. I got refund of different once I prove their cost shop labels for the price gauging. And charge for two living hermit crabs and one dead one. No sympathy what so ever.
Such poor customer services shown. I wont be shoping there any more if the show compassion and understanding and I don't recommend animal tuckerbox for pet supplies and live animals
