Shame about the prices.
Nearly double from other places.

Gone downhill big time since changing. Young girls in there would rather stand around talking than actually serve you & they have no idea about anything!

I don't think it's as good as it used to be no birds or animals for sale but did have a good variety of stock

Brought a few fish from here died with in a couple of days, we had them set up in two different tanks,
But still died it's not the first time, do not recommend buying fish from here

So for range of different looking pet accessories, ATB isn't as good as somewhere like petstock or petbarn, however they have all of the important stuff for every type of animal.

New Years Eve. Disinterested staff. More important to walk away from the counter, on our approach, and chat to other staff member.

No assistance with heavy stock purchase to the car, for us elderly folk. Totally disinterested staff. Not a good reflection on the company. I came in for a animal charity calendar and thought I’d get two bags of hen food while there.

Your opposition at Petstock, are friendly, interested and helpful. They take heavy purchases to your car. They will be getting our continued custom.

Always helpful staff. Have a great range for your doggo. Parking easy and free. Staff will load your large purchases into the car readily.

Good range of products, helpful staff. But feed pricing is a bit high for the serious homesteader/small farmer. Perfect for hobbyists and backyard gardens/chooks.

Yeah, it's always a handy place for most kinds of pet owners. It's convenient to where we live now, and we needed a couple of things for our new addition.

Great place for all your animal needs, dog friendly, take your dog in to choose their own treats.

A no frills but comprehensive pet store, which also specialises in equine supplies, bulk dog foods etc. The store is literally set up in a small warehouse.

Dogs welcome in store, mind they don't eat the chews.get spoiled by shop assistants. Stock all the stuff I need for my animals or send you to where you can get it.

I can only speak for them on the aquarium side of things but they always have well priced fish, unique fish and attractively priced ornaments

Lots of variety, good specials, friendly staff. Lots of little bits and pieces for dogs and cats that you wouldn't normally see in a pet shop, good place to buy new toys/enrichment activities. The fold up fabric pet crates are great too, and good price.

An excellent range of feed and care products at mostly good pricing. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Open 7 days. You really can't go too far wrong.
