3 Domestic assistance service cancelled after 7 weeks. Had no choice really. Had a different cleaner every week so constantly having to explain what I want done, where cleaning items are & how they should be left after use.
Example: As I'm disabled I leave my vacuum out & connected for ease of use.
The last cleaner did everything possible to make life harder. Vacummed, then disconnected everything, cord & pipes, & left it with cord wound up tightly on top.
3 minutes of severe back pain was suffered just to reconnect it & have it ready to use again.
The safety compliance officer also failed miserably at her job.
She checked NOTHING when I signed up, just wanted my signature to secure their government subsidy!
I honestly couldn't say never been to this place for over 12 years but give it 3 star's for the fact they help people. Only missing two star's because I haven't been there and this is asking how the place is and iam sure it might have moved since last time I remember.
