(Original review June 2023) - Jasmine has been so good. I had a bad experience with an agent here in Victoria. Luckily Jasmine took over and has filled out my trip with (low) quality accommodation, and a heap of tours and experiences in the remaining 3 countries I'm visiting.

Highly recommend these agents for anyone who needs help planning their trip.

Edit (7/7/23) - I have had numerous issues with lots of the tours Jasmine booked - from them being cancelled with no notice to me, or literally unavailable, or ones that turned out to be a legit scam - like last nights Singapore Pub Crawl - the "host" stealing the drinks that were meant to be mine that I paid for at a 100% markup from bars literally next door and across the street 20m away - or even a couple that were booked in conflict with one another and finally lots of them booked immediately after long flights, with no regard to jet lag or travel delays, causing some to be missed through no fault of my own.

Now Jasmine doesn't seem very desperate to attend these issues; booking through third parties when I specifically asked her not to do so, and shes repeatedly been uncontactable for most of the past week or so of my trip.leaving me to fend for myself. Ive had major major issues in 2 of 3 hotels I've stayed in.and shes consistently nowhere to be found when I need assistance.

Overall, it started out great, but unfortunately I would not book through Jasmine next time.or anyone else in the company as it appears they are in no hurry to assist either deapite multiple international calls and several emails that have gone unanswered over 24hr later as well.

My travel agent has been wonderful. She's made the whole holiday booking process stress free for us by taking care of the bookings I didn't feel able to do myself. Nothing is too much trouble. I totally recommend this agency if you're planning an overseas trip including planes, trains, ferries, car or camper hire.

Excellent service. Staff were very prompt and everything was booked within a matter of moments. Would highly recommend if you wish to travel, domestic or overseas.

My husband and I have now done three escorted tours with Anne Bourke over a period of four years and they have been great! We will be sorry to see Anne semi-retire in 2020 but know that we can always tap into the staff at Andrew Jones Travel for any future trips!

Andrew Jones have been my preferred travel agent for the 6 years I have arrived in Tasmania, with at least once a year, (some times up to 3 times) I have had my plans placed in the capable hand of the staff. Without exception my trips overseas and within Australia have been well organised and worry free thanks to the experienced staff who have arranged the fine details for myself and friends from other Tasmania and Queensland who have travelled with me. Also I have taken part in Andrew Jones organised tours, as a single traveller, which have been excellent and so enjoyable. Rose Hurle has been extremely patient and always helpful and efficient during the often fine details that make my holidays successful. Thanks Rose, looking forward to the latest trip coming up in a few weeks time!

Marcus organised our trip perfectly from start to finish. Everything went exactly to plan, the trip was spectacular, just as Marcus said it would be. It was so good we were back to see him 3 days after we got back, to book our next trip! Incredible service, aimed at the customer all the time. You can’t go wrong with this company!

Since 2009 I have always asked Ruth at Andrew Jones Travel to book my overseas trips, especially those to Africa. She has always done an excellent job, especially paying attention to the smaller details. I have loved all the trips I have done, which amount to quite a few now.
