We had a lovely few days at Ambiance with Cyndy being the perfect hostess. The house made biscuits were a welcome treat.

Had a wonderful evening with a fantastic view and amazing food, just so relaxing. Cyndie is the perfect host and her home cooked food is just delicious! We will certainly be back for another visit.

Cyndie has created the perfect luxurious escape in paradise. Ambience on Huon is everything you could hope for and more. Comfortable beds, large rooms, the most beautiful sunsets and a sense of intimacy.
One underrated aspect is her cooking. I want to visit again just to have her carefully crafted breakfasts and dinners!
Couldn’t recommend this highly enough

Highly recommend staying here and cannot wait to go back! The views are specular, the rooms are so comfy and the highlight was the delicious food Cyndie is cooking up - do yourself a favour and opt for a home cooked dinner when you stay - we had the most incredibly meal (we thought our food highlight would be Fat Pig Farm but both of us couldn't stop talking about Cyndie's lamb!)

We originally stayed at the B&B 4 years ago and decided to revisit as we absolutely loved the place. It is a hosted B&B meaning you can have cooked breakfast or continental if preferred. We were so well looked after from the beautiful rooms, to the
best food, Cyndi is an amazing host and nothing is too much trouble for her. She cooks amazing food as well.
The property and the views are absolutely gorgeous very quiet and peaceful. There is a large vegie garden, goats, chooks and lovely garden surroundings. We hope we can return again one day soon. Thankyou for looking after us so well.

Amazing b&b in the heart of the Huon Valley. Gorgeous rooms, such friendly and helpful hosts. We missed having the included breakfast but heard from other guests that it was delicious. Already planning on returning!

We had a wonderful stay - every need of guests has been anticipated and the quality of the breakfasts and dinners is outstanding. The views, as you sit on the deck, are just superb and provide a constantly changing feast for the eyes. From Ambience we had easy access to townships in the Huon Valley and a variety of activities.

This place is certainly the epitome of tranquility. Beautiful surrounds, lovely places to visit from here or just enjoy the ambience. The hosts were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. An Abundant breakfast to set you up for the day, and if you stay for dinner it was superb. Thank you for hosting us, we enjoyed our stay.

The name says it all. "Ambience" is the best word to describe the mood of the area. The grounds are beautifully manicured, beautiful gardens and surrounding fields for their 6 sheep or as Peter calls them, his lawn mowers.
"On Huon" is exactly where the accomodation is. Sitting on the verandah last thing in the afternoon and first thing in the morning, looking out over the Huon river.simply breathtaking.
"Bed and Breakfast" (maybe it should be called Bed and Feast!)
The bed was probably the best we've ever slept in, however it may have been simply the peace and quiet that was the reason for the great night's sleep.
Fully refreshed, my wife and I strolled out for. BREAKFAST! Cereal, fruit, toast, jams and eggs (poached, fried, scrambled) The eggs come from the dozen chooks on the 6 acre property, and there is nothing better that eggs that are that fresh. If your lucky you might even get a "double yolker"
Cyndie and Peter are great hosts, the accomodation is extremely comfortable and the views are simply amazing. It doesnt get any better.
5 stars are not enough. Its at least 7 stars.
Thank you Cyndie (the chef) and Peter (the egg collector)
