I have an Almasts Furler. After many years service, it required some spares. As their advert says "drop us a line we are pleased to help" They are not. No reply. I thought I would write a bad review, but then thought no, give a second chance. This time I got a contact name and sent off a list of spares I needed. Same result no reply!
I will probably need a new furler soon. Needless to say it will not be Almasts. Sad really.
