I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Adventure Abroad. I thoroughly enjoyed my Australia trip with them, particularly the part in Tasmania where I spent most of my time. I was provided a personalised itinerary for my trip which offered an adventurous and in depth look into what Tasmania had to offer. I was helped with my planning by Tom and Andy who both really know their stuff, a value that I’m sure is true of the whole Adventure Abroad team. 10/10 would recommend organising an adventure with these guys!

I travelled to Nepal last November with Adventure Abroad. It was one of the best trips of my life! They organised and led an extraordinary trip through Langtang Valley; encouraging us to immerse ourselves in the local activities and culture and providing us with the opportunity to challenge ourselves to do something new and exhilarating! I readily recommend Adventure Abroad to anyone seeking a thrilling and memorable travel experience!

My wife Rachel and I completed the Kokoda track with Tom and his wonderful team on the ground in Papua New Guinea for Cancer Council Tasmania. Everyone was supportive, empathetic and encouraging during the trek and we couldn’t have wished for anymore. The beautiful singing in camp every night is something we will always remember and it still brings a lump to the throat. Tom is an absolutely outstanding guide whom I had the privilege of travelling to and touring Tour du Mont Blanc with. He is very knowledgeable and well traveled. I met this school group in Gatlang (Nepal), where these Australian girls were having an immersive and transformational experience. As a woman, I believe that traveling to remote areas, understanding different country realities and being capable of trekking mountains while having cultural exchanges with locals empowers girls to be global, kind and autonomous human beings.
