Adina Place Motel Apartments reviews
20The service was excellent and whilst some rooms have been refurbished others clearly have not - our friends had to ask for a different room as they could not climb into the shower over the triangular spa bath - it wasn't a problem changing but could have been if they had of been full so this issue needs to be addressed.the staff were excellent
An awesome place to stay. Fully equipped kitchen with oven and microwave, lots of room, very clean and tidy, and a nice and short stroll into the city.
Spa suite, great views and comfortable sleep close to all amenities in the City of Launceston. Good price.
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms with a great view over Launceston. Accessible laundry and close access to everything. I recommend a ground floor room so you can access anytime without having to use the reception area.
Really loved and enjoyed this stay at Adina Place Apartments. Great service and rooms were exceptionally clean and cosy. The receptionist was really kind and gave us some places to visit around Launceston. Great location and a really great view from the apartment. Overall a 10/10 experience
Staff member Karen Super helpful and lovely! Awesome views especially at night! Although dated, my studio accommodation was spotless and had everything I needed, the shower was good. I was a bit concerned it may be noisy, but I was very pleasantly surprised, had a great sleep, bed was clean and comfy! Definitely recommend for budget accommodation
Great place for budget accommodation, friendly and helpful staff, great location in Launceston.
Tiny, tiny room (larger room unavailable) but the spectacular balcony/view/price made it all ok. Just one thing though - the idea of having to rely on the previous occupants for the cleanliness of the cutlery/crockery (as there was an added surcharge if u didn’t wash your dishes upon leaving) is alarming! Is not the cleanliness of the entire room the responsibility of the hotel?
Staff excellent. Room well equipped. Great position. Very quiet. Lovely view from 1st floor.
Would definitely stay here again when next in Launceston.
Functional and clean rooms located close to Launceston downtown. Lots of restaurants close by. The views from the apartment we stayed on the 3rd floor were amazing.
Very tired decor, walls were paper thin so very very noisy, bed was like a rock. It did have good views
Easy to find, super friendly service, lovely clean apartment with all the facilities we need.suitable for a long visit as has full kitchen.very happy would definitely stay again
Very great place, we enjoy our 1 month in the different appartements. Kelly and Marty are very kind, professional and always with the smile.
This place matching the price. Is decent but not exciting. The position instead is kind of interesting with a view on the city.
Good location but the rooms are a bit dated. The rooms just need a good coat of paint and some nicer furniture
After traveling around Tassie & staying in some beautiful motels this place was the worst we have ever stayed in! Dirty and old. If you don't have a choice & have to stay here tell them you don't want room 4, or ask to see your room first, never again for us. The $100 bond is a joke, we were told the bank will play around with it for a while before it's refunded, we all know it's the business owner who controls refunds and not the bank, it's not the amount it's the principle. I had to pull the bedside table out to plug the phone charger on and the dust behind the bed was discusting.
Good location: motel turn left up road walk distance (15 mins?) to Saturday local market and turn right, short walk distance (5-7mins) you can find some Chinese food to eat.the motel's staffs are kindly the bed room is twin (for family) (i have a single room if you need, you should pay the single room extra fee)
Stayed here for just over 2 weeks for work. Decent for the price. Was put in a room next to a room being renovated the whole time. So couldn't relax when I was in the room after work or on weekends. Wasn't informed I would be next to this room or offered an alternative. Definately wouldn't pay to stay here myself due to this lack of service.
Stayed in a spa room, spa was not operational so essentially a big bath room, was offered a room change, but didn't take it as only a 1 night stay. The room seemed a little dated especially the bathroom, but the mattress on the bed was one of the best ones I have slept on in any of my hotel stays, also had a microwave, this hotel had a lift to upper floors, reception staff she was lovely are welcoming. Located walking distance to city park (monkeys) and the city, a bit of a hill climb back. Nice view from your private balcony.
The 2 Reception Ladies we met were lovely, we had a nice conversation aswell and a laugh. The room was great, clean and the view was amazing. We left the blinds open all night. It was nice to have a spa bath after a day of traveling as we don't have one at home, so it was a treat. We had 4 days in Tasmania this time. We'll be back to stay in room 12 again! We love Hotels that are dated but clean and fun to stay in. We hunt them out!
Everything is far to modern and boring and everyone is trying to keep up with the latest things. It's all a facade. Even the elevator here is awesome, imagine how many times it's been up and down. Not many reviews like ours, we don't think! Can't wait to come back.
