Amazing place to stay with family or friends. Very clean and neat with everything you need. So peaceful and restful. We love our trips to Derby and its wonderful to have such fantastic place to stay when we do The hosts are such a lovely couple very pleasant to deal with.
A wonderful weekend was spent here. Our hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us and the space was warm, inviting and had everything we needed in a superb location. We walked to The Hub for dinner and the trails were minutes from our door. Would highly recommend!
We were return visitors. Nice and clean and open. Hosts Tim and Kate were friendly and helpful. Central location valise to town and shops. Derby is quite isolated and wifi didn’t really work. Telstra is the only reception. Will be back. Thanks Kate and Tim.

Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! Super warm and cosy place for the winter months! An even better place for the summer Months! Super close to the trail head of derby and all the shops!
